Nicole Richie Gets in a Car Crash With the Paps…

Nicole Richie was involved in a car crash yesterday while driving in Beverly Hills. Fortunately, her children Sparrow and Harlow weren’t present when she was hit by a photographer driving past her.
Eduardo Arrivabene, the photographer that hit Nicole, rear ended her car and also doesn’t have a license. He was immediately arrested and charged with driving without a license. Nicole left the scene with a friend and went to Cedars Sinai Hospital. Joel Madden, her beau, arrived after hearing about the accident.
Eduardo’s vehicle has been impounded and he has been cited. Nicole on the other hand, wanted to seek her own medical help instead of going to the hospital but was in too much pain due to her injuries.
