Who edits this blog? Do yawl even research anything before you comment? Felons who are not citizens are always deported after serving their sentence. Further, it’s the federal government that deports people, not the State of New York. Lastly, it was Bush that pardoned John Fortay, not Paterson. If you want to be mad about dude getting deported, you gots to be mad at Obama. His INS department is making the call, not the State of NY.

If you keep your nose clean and use common sense, in many instances, you won’t have to worry about being over charged and over sentenced. I am tired of folks defending criminals. If you do the crime, you set yourself up for failure. Granted some are overcharged but if you know that’s what’s going to happen then why do the crime in the first place? It’s just a little hard for me to have sympathy for the guilty. I will save that for their victims and possibly families. Also, if you commit a crime and are not a citizen, you should be deported to were you hold a citizenship. Bottom line: Don’t f@ck up and you won’t have anything to worry about.
