Wendy and Lisa are still getting work. And, yes, they’re still a duo. I don’t think it was officially confirmed but rumor is that they are lovers. Not long ago, they worked on the soundtrack for HBO’s now defunct series ‘Carnivale.’ I believe they are currently doing similar work for Showtime’s ‘Nurse Jackie.’ They have done the score for NBC’s ‘Heroes’ and ‘Mercy.’ I believe Prince tapped Wendy and Lisa to join him on a track for his last album. The opening chords sound similar to ‘Purple Rain’ which is an intended nod to the ballad which was written by Wendy Melvoin. Shed no tears for these ladies. They are well-respected in the industry and still going strong.
