This family has gone through counseling on the show to no avail. I truly believe they need to stop airing their dirty laundry in public as there are so many issues there. They all need to go back into counseling and stay in for a very long time. Everyone is saying that Frankie on still on drugs. I think there is way more going on than drugs. There is hurt and pain that this family is not dealing with and until they do, we will continue to see the dysfunctionality.

@Bonita, I agree with you, there is A LOT of hurt and pain there that needs to be dealt with. She was expressing her gratitude for her daughter. Keyshia helped her out tremendously. How many people do you know get out of prison and get on a TV Show. She has a long road to go, but she has managed to make it over some hurdles that everyday people don’t have the opportunity to experience, yes in part because K.C is her daughter. I wish them well. They should continue to seek GOD and growth !!!!!!!

I feel you on that note, Black. I was speaking to my 21 year old daughter over the weekend and when I got off the phone with her, I was crying because of what she was telling me she was going through.

It doesn’t matter how old your child gets – THAT WILL ALWAYS BE YOUR BABY – whether it be good news or bad, you’re ALWAYS going to feel that connection and have feelings of joy WHERE YOU CRY, LAUGH, OR WHATEVER.

Contrary to what ANYONE on this post says, Frankie is a human (humans make constant mistakes and that mean YOU too), Frankie is still stuck on the years she missed while incarcerated, Frankie is a mother (and MOST mothers love their children), Frankie is learning how to overcome the past (IT WILL TAKE MORE WORK THAN WE COULD EVER KNOW BECAUSE WE WEREN’T IN HER PREDICAMENT), and last but not least, GOD LOVES US ALL — F#$%$# up and all. If you don’t believe in Jesus, that’s your business BUT you better know we all have faults and I’m TIRED of people bashing people all the time like your @#$% don’t stink and you haven’t done anything wrong, idiotic, or crazy. so many things i could say about frankie but….

You’ve totally missed it. Frankie broke into a moment of reflection when you asked your question. The fronts, yeah that’s a messed up look, but her words spoke volumes. She is grateful that Kiesha stuck with her through all her issues despite of herself. She gave honor to God for being the source of this strength, and for his grace.

She went on to speak of what she’d like to do for others much as what has been done for her, when you went way off the field with the interview asking her what she was consuming. She was’nt consuming anything, she was just filled with emotions about what has transpired and is about to transpire in her life.

I had a conversation with my older sister recently . She had been on drugs for years. She overcame that nightmare and is now a certified social worker who just last year at the age of fifty eight obtained her masters degree. Keep your eyes on the prize Frankie. God loves you and so do I.
