According to the cover, Mariah Carey will be a mom but the inside article doesn’t exactly confirm that, although they say she’s very close:
Carey’s focus is now family. While Cannon claims two kids are the goal, Carey says, “Of course, we’d be happy with one. I want to be able to manage the right amount of attention. We are so busy – if you have six kids running around, no one gets what they need. Kids need a lot of attention.”
Cannon reveals, “It’s at the forefront of our minds. We’re very close.”

In Touch uses evasive language on its covers to sell copies. I remember one of their editions saying that Katie Holmes was going to have a baby. When you read the whole 2 page story, it was just Katie saying that Suri has been asking for a little sister. They are misleading and do that intentionally.
