Kim is an incredible mother to our children. We’ve been a part of each other’s lives for many years and I have always admired her courage and strength. We’re the best of friends.

Cute little peaches. Regardless of how disfunctional their family may seem, at least you don’t see them fighting in public, throwing trash words back and forth and they spend time together as a family unit.
Too many broken couples I see using their kids to hurt each other. They don’t seem to have that level of childishness going on with them.
That being said, she’s on the cover of Jet because she’s a famous ex-girlfriend.
Because I have yet to see another perm box model get a “coveted” spot on any magazine. Except maybe “Black Hair”.

I hear that! Like BET, these black publication are just pimpin’ our people out. How are we supposed to encourage our young women to pursue education, set goals that positively effect the community and the world around them and, respect for themselves; or convince our young men to respect the women in their lives when, our premiere publications glorify what the old folks used to call “a tramp!” A year ago, ESSENCE put the high polish, full glossy photo of this ho’ and her pimp (Diddy) on the front cover of their NATIONAL magazine and called it “True Love”. But, Dr. Condolezza Rice holds one of the most powerful offices on earth and all essence can do is an inside article about her. Come on y’all. We can’t wonder why we are so easily dismissed as a people.
Young girls who are struggling for identity and feel like the only asset they have to offer is their body, look a this woman and aspire to push out babies for a man who may not be rich but, gives her money; which, to her, means he’s rich.
Young men see this situation and Diddy in particular, as evidence that they don’t have to commit to a woman, their children or a family; nor do they have to respect anything but a dollar.

As a woman I’m not saying Kim is always 100% right in what she does or says, however we need to cut her some slack. I’m not a baby momma. I’m a wife of 5 years and a mother of 2 kids which are both by my husband and if he ever cheated on me I would be crushed. But if he ever got someone knocked up I could never accept that child. That may sound harsh but anyone who said that they could accept this child right away is lying. Maybe in the future. The only difference is that Kim was not married to Diddy she was none the less his women and Sarah was the other chic no matter how you slice it. Child support is awarded by the court system based solely on the income of the father. Which is generally a flat % of their take home pay. I work in social services. So is it her fault her children’s father is well off? I’m not understanding you. As far as her being a bad example the only thing she’s done is made a lot of mistakes with Diddy. And when I say that I mean not letting that shit burn a long time ago. She isn’t on drugs she doesn’t pose naked she isn’t in jail and she takes care of her children. There are a lot of rich men here in Atlanta who set their wives and jump offs up in business that don’t make any money but, keep the women busy and out of the man’s affairs – whatever “affairs” those might be.
I’m sure that if you look at their books, there’s nothing 3 Brown Girls PR has done that hasn’t been primarily financed (I said primarily-not entirely)by Diddy and/or some other sugar-daddy’s money.
Additionally, they likely don’t have one client who came to them solely for their expertise. The clients are surely hoping that they can somehow get Diddy interested in their venture through these women.
I wish with all my heart that these beautiful, precious sisters would get fierce and do something “real” outside the influence of these men in their lives. That’s the way to get the brothers to decide that they are “the one”. Please! A man can get a piece of a** anywhere. What he’s looking for is a queen who demands respect 1st, from herself.

I do not get financial support from their dad simply because I don’t need it. I make enough to take care of all of us and then some. They’re with their dad in the summer and we take turns on holidays. Yes it would be great if we were all living in one house and could be one happy family blah blah blah but this is what works for us. My little people don’t want or need for anything..
