Teeny Bopper was swag in full effect last night. Raven Symone was at Chelsea Handler’s Book Release Party, Angela Simmons was spotted on her way to Mr. Chow’s in LA and Lil Mama was out signing copies of her debut album. We just have one question: When will Lil Mama stop running around looking like a ghetto fab Rainbow Brite?!?!?
