We now know that the Tameka was taking her anger out on his truck because of their heated custody dispute. Also, she didn’t do THAT MUCH damage.

Supposedly, Usher told police he had a “verbal argument” with Tameka over who would get weekend custody of the children the night before he find his car tampered with. He explained that he had just dropped his two children over at his mother’s house when Tameka arrived at his home, “demanding to take the kids.” Once she left, he immediately returned to his mother’s house, only to allegedly find Tameka had also gone there and began “knocking on the door” and making several phone calls to the residence. He and his mother ignored her and call the police. When theyarrived, she was nowhere to be found.

It was the following morning that Usher found several scratches to his truck and called the cops again, saying believed Tameka vandalized the car in retaliation for their fight just hours before. In the report, the police who inspected the car claim “they found no evidence to support Usher’s accusation.” There was no record for Tameka coming near the residence – they even reviewed the entrance log to Usher’s private neighborhood.

Either Usher is telling some tall-tales or we’re officially calling Tameka the Great Ho-dini!”

Actually, Usher is smart making the call to 911. The day before the keying of the truck, Usher and Tameka had an arguement. Now had she called 911 on him, then may would be saying Usher should have “Chris Brown” her ass. However, men neglect to report domestic or any other kind of abuse from a woman, for fearing he may be called all the names mentioned, but when a female does it, everyone is ready to jump head first saying the man was wrong. I’m for a man not hitting a woman, but we must not forget the fact that many domestic violence reports go without being reported, especially if it’s done to the man by the female. So yes, Usher did the correct thing to me.

Although (if true) this is a bit of a mess – I believe both Tameka and Usher deserve their privacy! Goodness, this is someone’s (multiple people) life and regardless of how Usher chooses to deal with his problems, it doesn’t make him any less of a man and some tend to think that way because he is a male celebrity and that is not right; we all have some extent of drama in our lives. So for the male blogger’s – Give the guy a break already…it doesn’t make him a punk (ever thought about the legalities of this whole matter ‘for the intellectual bloggers’ or maybe involving the cops to defuse the situation ‘or insurance purposes’???).

Documentation. So when they have to go to court again when the Judges ask, “What proof do you have?” Police records, tapes, incident reports and insurance records will be presented. It probably took a day because he may have needed advisement from an attorney. This is typical strategy in the midst of Divorce/Custody proceedings.
It may have been her, it may have not have been her but regardless in court his legal team will do their best to plant the seed that she is an unstable unfit mother. The same way as hers will make her out to be Mrs. Huxtable.

Now this is a shame. He didn’t want to work out through with Chilli so this is what he gets! YOU have to call 911 or non emergency (guess what WE ANSWER BOTH LINES and YES THEY ALL ARE RECORDED) for the police to either 1.come out to make a report or 2. make a property damage report by phone.. NOW since it happened AFTER the police was called and he wasnt AWARE that the vehicle was keyed until the day before.. why not call.. to all those “who think they know the law.. YES SOME REPORTS CAN BE MADE OVER THE PHONE.. I WORK THERE I TAKE THE CALLS I DIRECT THEM TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE AND I DISPATCH THE POLICE… now if you dont know dont be pulling sh!t out the side of your neck because you really dont know….

Maybe in ATL They can call their police stations for all kinds off bullshit. But the CHI is waaayyy too busy to give directions and take false reports over the phone. Up here whenever somebodies prank calls the police or call them w/a non emergency, tax payers pay the bill b/c we have non emergency numbers. She’s silly which is why she’s an operator. She doesn’t understand that every city is different…..

They were happy awhile back, something caused the breakup, which caught Tameka off-guard, reason for her feeling “raw” and betrayed. Usher knew what it’s about; held it back for some time and now expects her to get with the program because he’s tired of dealing under pressure of having a family where he’s got to “check in” and be a family man. Been there done that. Tameka will get over it, do better for it and surpass anyone who caused pain. Focus on the babies, stay away from gossiping people and especially Usher until wounds are healed.
