to rachel, i ain’t kissing nobody’s ass. and why are you bringing the issue of race into this. this is a case of child paternity and welfare. race plays no part in whether a child should be tooken care of. and i don’t see kim porter as a golddigger neither. just as james brown II deserves financial benefits, so does kim porter’s kids. just for future sake, if men don’t want to be placed in this situation then they need to protect themselves during sex or just stay abstinent.

I agree with RealWoman, people should not be so quick to judge celebrity women as Gold Diggers. First off they had money before they met them cheating men and Second the men slept with these women willingly. James Brown was a horrible evil man to women, so these women are getting what is rightfully due to them! If that kid James, then he’s entitled to part of his estate. What makes the mama a golddigger? She probably ain’t no more of one than the mamas of his other grown kids were back in the day. Just becuase her lawyer said the test showed that he was James Brown son–what did the court order test show. I don’t think that she has not submitted that child for the court ordered test yet so , it ain’t over yet.

Yawn…all you had to do was look at the boy to know that he’s his; why did they waste the time & money, again?
