Foxy's attorneys asked for and received a continuance. The Court didn't update the docket and so the judge's warrant was a mistake. I'm an attorney so I've seen this happen on a fairly regular basis. If you are a journalist then you should do your due diligence and correct your stories when you discover they are inaccurate. Your site is annoying.
