Old head Verdine White of Earth, Wind, and Fire did his good deed of the day by helping some random little old white lady into her car in Beverly Hills. Man, Verdine, it might be time to retire the weave, man purse, and the “young folks” gear. SMH.

Yeah, Verdine is a monster on b*****. One of the few cats out there still rocking on a 4-string. I never understood that, because a 5-string is the standard nowadays. I guess he doesn’t need that low B-string. He has a specific and unique style.
I always thought Verdine presented himself in a kind of effimenate way, so to hear that he actually has a wife is cool. (I realize some may say “that don’t mean nothing”, but..)
