Whitney was on X-Factor, and we watched the performance thinking, she didn’t do that bad. The rest of the world is calling her performance the worst by her, EVER.

Pop the top and watch Whit do Million Dollar Bill and tell us if it’s a wrap or not

  • leogame3

    still could get it

  • Geena

Considering the long road that brought her back from her downward spiral, and the fact that the quality of her voice seems to have changed, I think she sounds great – far better than what I would have expected…how about giving this girl a break?

  • 1985

    I’ve heard worse….

  • chaka1

    Well…

    Let’s face facts…

The golden voice is gone. She didn’t even attempt the big vocal sections of the song. Her vocal chords sound damaged.

I can’t believe her dress came undone. That would have thrown anyone off.

However, the overall performance wasn’t a disaster, but you expect so much more from her.

She should do Vegas for while until she’s back to full speed.

I thought Whitney did the damn thing…..her energy, stage presence….and voice is getting stronger!

  • charlieblanko

I didn’t see anything wrong with her singing… she looks crackish nowadays though
    and thats real.

  • Jay the Real One

    excuses excuses excuses

  • AtTheTopOfMyGame

Throughout the entire performance I was thinking she should have had on a shorter close fitting dress. But her performance was good actually.

  • Redd

What was wrong with it? I thought her performance was good!

  • TheMan

she was actually really good, i guess she just cant catch a break. If she doesn’t sing like she did 20 years ago people are not going to be happy

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5M7m_EccTEQ&feature=related I’m Just Me: Keeping It Real Since 1983

It was cool. I didn’t have a problem with it.

  • Renee

I wish people would leave her alone. Whitney is doing her thing. I think she sounded good. Whitney’s voice is not what it used to be, but she can still sing. I am a fan of her and I am not expecting her to be able to sing like she used to but she can still sing. her performances are better than any of Mariah’s performances. Now that is someone who needs to hang it up.

  • dayg715

    @hannibal

if that’s the case, then why isn’t she selling better?

  • SASHA FLOP

    @hannibal

LOL, only in your mind. with all her money, Flopriah couldn’t buy this kind of stage presence. not even with payola lol.

  • Nova

She ran out of air asap. She sound like she ran a marathon before she went on stage.

What the h*ll, it’s Whitney. I’ll give her a pass because she killed the Oprah performance…

  • darealwifey

She did great! Especially towards the end when she loosened up a bit. Her breathlessness will improve. I think she sang her butt off!

  • http://bossip.com Leeza

Whitney’s performance was great!!! It was a piece from her dress that had ripped but other than that she did a fantastic job… GO WHITNEY!!!

  • SHE’SPISSED

The damn back up singers sound terrible..they brought the performance down if anything else..she sounds okay…

  • Michael

Hannibal, you are so tired. So is Mariah. That’s why her album TANKED. Nobody gives a damn.

Whitney’s, on the other hand, is on its way to platinum status.

    Problem?

  • DizzyGuy

I mean she does sound bad. But Rihanna sounds bad live but Whit Whit know she should have been lip syncing because she knows she’s been smoking that pipe like Popeye.

  • Michael

By the way, dispite the legitimate wardrobe malfunction I thought Whitney was sensational!!!

  • DJ BLV

Ha Ha HA cant blame Bobby no more. Head Crack!! Head Crack!!

  • lala

not that bad…GMA was worse..she did fine…..whats most important is her sobriety and health…music is secondary…give her a break….!!

  • http://bossip P

Worse performance? Did they not see Good Morning America?

  • http://116 Keya

she sounds okay to me i have heard worst anyway the music was not right

  • muchluv

I thought Whitney did well and her performance is untouchable, the style and grace and professionality is unstoppable. Her backing vocalists, on the other hand, need to be given their walking papers…She would do so much better if she had good support.

  • phillytex

hannibal, is your dad a judge in La!?! did he marry you and your sister!?!

  • esso

The performance was ok, but did you see her interview on the stage straight after she sang??? My god what a car wreck! It looked like she was still on some shit…
I think people were referring to that rather than the performance itself.

  • AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWSHADDAAAP!!!!!!

Don’t believe the hype. She’s not too far away from that CRACK.

  • AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWSHADDAAAP!!!!!!

MuchLuv, when is the last time you had your hearing checked?

  • http://blackplanet browntown

her voice was better than expected. am a huge, huge whitney fan, but she has got to stop smoking if she wants to sing in G. If you are going to still smoke bring your key downscale. Her performance was great though, but she has got to stop smoking for voice sake and for the sake of cancer. Whit please call me and let’s get it happening, you quit the drugs, let quit all the drugs because cigarette smoking is an addiction. much love whitney!

  • Sandra

People need to stop lying and be truthful.
Her voice is destroyed and gone. Period.
Her numbers WERE from anticipation and hype.
She ruined her gift and she’s pretty much done.

  • Huh?

Smoking cigs aren’t what killed her voice. Crack is what killed her voice.

  • Samantha

WHO SAID HER PERFORMANCE WAS WORST EVER? STOP LYING.

  • Warren

Whitney looked fantastic and sang very well. She was also funny and sang the hell out of that song. Her new album rocks. I got the second day it came out and love it. She is back and people do not want to her give her a chance. Leave her alone and stop judging.
