After the release of Usher’s new single Papers hit the radio, people instantly thought the inspiration for the song came from Tameka, but the writer of the song says the song ain’t all about her.

Yeah Right… We Don’t Believe You!!!

Sean Garrett, the writer of the song, says some of the lyrics are about Usher’s bitter marriage and others aren’t.  He says that he wrote the song eight months ago before Usher was even thinking about a divorce. Sean also says Usher was apprehensive about releasing the song but after such positive feedback on it, he decided it was worth it.

Eight months ago, Usher was good and ready to sign those papers. Sorry Sean, you’re going to have to do a little bit more than that to try and convince us. From Confessions to Papers, Usher has no problem airing his dirty laundry. So ladies, how would you feel if you were the topic of public humiliation and discussion?

  • No u can’t be boyfriend #2!

Wait a minute, why they hell are all of you bashing on Usher singing about his personal experiences??? Is it throwing people under a bus when he’s ‘may’ be singing about his personal experience?? It’s not just her business it’s his also. I like the song because I’m going through some ish my self and can relate to it. When Mary J sings about her personal experiences or women sing about their men cheating etc is that considered throwing people under the bus too??

When Ush was singing about his confessions nobody said anything about him throwing himself and/or Chilli under a bus. Ush is keepin it real, in my opinion. So what he’s singing a ‘reality’ song, there’s many others puttin themselves and others business out there on reality shows or on Oprah. Back off.

Usher is so damn played out. No one is checking for his Monchichi-looking ass. And that song is horrible!

  • Preety Girl

Hanniballs if you hate us so much. Why are you on every post with a comment. Why you so obsessed with us??? But, that’s what haters do when they want to be like someone hot. And they can’t.

    Eat Balls!!! LAME

  • The Best I Ever Had

And if he so ready to sign them papers, why he aint do it yet?

That’s not true! Confessions was about Jermain Dupree. Usher hasn’t even signed the papers yet and Tameka totally denies a pending Divorce. I believe this is all to boost Usher since things haven’t been going well in his career since he got married.

  • Ms. J

Usher is an attention seeker….It’s a shame to sing a song that closely resembles his private life. Whateva happen to privacy???

  • denise

She needs to be on the RHOA. She would be good on that show! There rating would be good, too!

  • I Luv NeYo

I really don’t care who the song is about. I think it is jammin’ lol

I mean people not stewpid we all know that when u were singing it, it was so good cuz it was true. I no that any person in their right mind wouldn’t sing a song that deep unless it had some kind of truth
