Tionna Smalls of VH1’s The Chilli Project was at the event where TLC performed. Apparently, Ciara showed up acting pompous. Tionna didn’t let it slide and sent us this letter last night:

One thing for sure, two things for certain….Tionna Smalls hates a b*tch who acts brand new and this is real talk. First off when I first saw her I said that Ciara was a pretty girl so please do not take this as hate or anything like that.

First off, when TLC walked on the red carpet, Ciara was on there talking. Everyone that knows anything about the red carpet knows that when you see another artist walk in, you slide over and give acknowledgment. You say hello or whatever. Ciara did not…… say hello and pretended as if she didn’t see them. That is cool. So after they went over and did their thing, we left to proceed into our dressing room. As soon as we hit our dressing room, Ciara and her friend was in our dressing room. I was confused so I said, “are we sharing dressing rooms?” Chilli told me no.

Mind you this b*tch to them, so why are u in their dressing room. I was in the dressing room singing, “It’s nothing going on but the rent.” She was staring me up and down and asked me, “what are you singing? There is nothing going on but the ritz?” sarcastically. First off b*tch you call yourself a singer, you should know that song. Secondly why are u questioning me? “Maybe you don’t have to worry about the rent but I do.” I was done after that.

Anyway, Ciara was then asked nicely to say hi to the cameras for our show and she told them, “Ugotta talk to her manager!” Excuse me b*tch? It wasn’t what she said it’s how she said it….She was making a dance with it and trying to go into melody. Remind u every other celeb was saying what’s up. Who the f*ck are u to decline but it was whatever. She then went on to say it again, “u gotta talk to my manager.” Finally someone told her that it wasn’t that serious….Then she asked what were we taping? B*tch you heard them say a reality show while they were on the red carpet….So she and her friend was embarrassed and left and I started laughing at her.

*itch, no matter how big you think you are and no matter how much you hang with the ho-dashians, you are a nobody. You pay homage. You don’t act brand new. I liked you before but now you are cut off b*tch. You don’t walk around thinking you are the bomb. F*ck outta here. Walking in dressing rooms then watching the show after….trying to weed out the competition. Then get on stage and perform and your bum @ss can’t sing. Sorry I had to take it there…..but I had to. Write what you want, this is the truth…..

Oh and she didn’t even speak to a woman who got her her first magazine cover on hype hair magazine. First she acted brand new to Jazzy Pha and now this. Damn.

    I don’t know about the messenger; however, others have pointed how Ciara’s attitude has changed since she started hanging with the Ho-dashians. Who knows what really happened unless you were there? Ciara needs to step her game up. When Kim Ho-dashian can get 50K to show up at a venue and Ciara is the one with an actual talent (dancing), you know something “ain’t” right. As for TLC, they are still relevant. They paved the way for other female groups and regardless of what happened behind the scenes, they still had each other’s back unlike another group who shall remain nameless.

    I don’t think it’s right to bash this woman for telling us what happened! She did this because she was disgusted at how arrogant Ciara was acting and took a stand against it by letting us know. I believe her, only because no one in their right mind would come on here and explain a detailed story about how someone was rude to them. If you read what she said Ciara said it wasn’t nothing like “you stupid *****, get outta my face,” which may seem out of her character, but it was very minor things that turned into major things because of the way Ciara said them. I now how it feels to have someone talk to you a certain way rudely. Like instead of saying “oh excuse me” you say “Uh, Um… excuse me” i a rude way. Also, she complimented on her looks which is definitely not hating especially since I and many others think that Ciara looks like a damn man! Ciara is ugly and this is why her career has gone down hill. She can’t sing and her dancemoves are repeatitive! I too thought that was effed up that she left Jazze Pha, when he got her 3X platinum!!!     I’ll try to reserve most of my comments since this was probably written to drum up publicity for the show. Ciara is young maybe she doesn’t know that you step to the side and say hello, she could be shy. Also if she’s in the middle of a interview maybe she didn’t notice you or Chili? My only issue is with Tionna having a problem with Ciara saying, “you gotta talk to my manager” when they asked her to go on camera. Maybe she doesn’t want to be on your reality show.

    Wow this is the 2nd time, well 3rd time if you count Sandra Rose, that she has been called out for her acting brand new. But I can see for myself that Ciara has definitely changed and not for the better. She has gotten very uppity. I even noticed it when she was on ANTM. It’s like the style she had (although jacked from Janet and Aaliyah), has been diluted into a wannabe it girl. Hanging out with a publicity w***** like Kim Kardashian? I don’t care what any one says, that friendship is staged for publicity purposes only. She is trying too hard to blend in with what other female artists have done and her music and style has suffered for it. As of right now she is bland and generic. Her fans could even sense the change because they didn’t even have her back so that her album could at least sell gold this time around. I can also tell when Ciara leaves comments on these blogs, and she has said not so nice things about other female artists particularly Rihanna. I’ve said time and time again Ciara *****ed up being so consumed with other singers are doing instead of continuing to do what made her successful. I did read a couple a weeks ago that she’s doing a uptempo dance album, so she may be back on the right track musically but it still sounds like she needs to get attitude in order.

    I agree with KP 100%. That’s how ***** is when you get a man. I can’t see Ciara looking her nose down on others but I can see how being in the industry makes you wake up to who is real and who is fake. Ciara don’t have time. Keep doing you CiCi!
