Gary has been slapped with charges:
“CSI star Gary Dourdan was formally charged with felony drug possession following his April 28 arrest in Palm Springs, Calif., prosecutors announced Wednesday. Three felonies were filed in all, for possession of heroin, cocaine and ecstasy. Dourdan’s arraignment is set for May 28. ‘If convicted, Dourdan faces a probation term and could be required to complete a drug treatment program,’ said Michael Jeandron, a rep for the Riverside County District Attorney. ‘If he completes it, the charges will be dismissed.’
In a statement last weekend, Dourdan, 41, said, ‘Obviously I am embarrassed to find myself in this situation, and I am profoundly grateful to everyone for their support.’”
A good drug treatment program sounds about right. He’s lucky he’s not facing any jail time. This ought to teach Gary to leave that sh*t alone. SMH.

You’re extremely lucky, cuz most other brothas would be doing time in the big house. Three felonies for possession of heroin, cocaine and ecstasy will normally get you some jail time.
