If Arod parents are black and white then he is a mulatto. A mulatto is a person with one white parent and one black parent. Does he have interracial parentage or not? I don’t know if he does but Jeter does so Jeter is a mulatto and Arod isn’t? Then why do Dominicans call themselves mulatto?
