Kevin McCall Arrested On Domestic Violence Charges

SMH.. Eva Marcille’s ex Kevin McCall was arrested on charges of domestic violence Monday ahead of a scheduled arraignment stemming from an incident that happened January 14th, according to The Atlanta Black Star. Records from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department show McCall was arrested at the Compton Courthouse on April 15.

According to records from the sheriff’s department, McCall posted $75,000 bond and was released Tuesday afternoon, a spokesperson told Atlanta Black Star.

McCall was scheduled to be arraigned in Los Angeles Superior Court at the Airport Courthouse the morning of Tuesday, April 16 on felony charges of injuring a spouse or cohabitant. McCall could face up to four years in state prison or one year in county jail, he could also face fines up to $6000.

McCall is scheduled to appear in court on April 30.

The rapper/producer made headlines last month after his ex Marcille spoke about him on RHOA, referring to her daughter’s father only as “Marley’s donor” and revealing she’d moved several times and filed multiple restraining orders because she lived in fear for her safety.

“I still feel a sense of threat,” said Marcille. “I have had to move five times, and I still feel a sense of uneasiness. He’s just so petty sometimes. I’ve walked outside of my balcony before and he’s been standing in the dark. And it is the scariest feeling ever.”

Sheesh… That’s scary AF.

McCall attempted to dispute Eva’s claims on Twitter, tweeting:

“It’s sad when she gotta keep using my name for her story line, if I was the husband I would be like ‘Real H— of Atlanta is you out of you mind, or is you still obsessed with your child’s Father? Why is he in our story line so much ain’t I enuff [sic] headline for our relationship?”

This situation has been a hot mess for YEARS… Is jail the answer for McCall? Is anger management enough?
