DEF JAM DETOX is a liquid only diet, that flushes everything out of your system. It is really dangerous, but a lot of celebrity do it to lose weight quickly for movies or album releases, etc. It’s not actually called the Def Jam detox it’s called the Hollywood Liquid Diet…if you google it, I’m sure you’ll find something on it. It works, but isn’t recommended.

She actually looks nice in both pics but I like ehr in the 2nd. She looks more normal. She looks freakishly thin in the first one.

I am curious so still some celebrities and rich people feel lonely.

Our bodies are FABULOUS, because we have curves in all the right places, instead of asses and hips that run altogether with our back and legs. And if she’s pregnant, then good for her, hell she’ll be 40 in a couple of years, its time.

And if Kelly talked more about her own projects and love life instead of living through Beyonce, her career might just take off one day.
