According to sources, Beyonce is not afraid to eat a pork chop or two:
“Beyonce Knowles still won’t confirm her April 4 wedding to Jay-Z, so there was no chance yesterday she’d confirm she’s pregnant. But pals of the tight-lipped newlyweds say the songbird is expecting the couple’s first child. ‘She has gained a lot of pregnancy weight,’ a source said. ‘When she gains weight, she normally does the Def Jam detox, but not now.’ A rep for Beyoncé said, ‘I don’t know if she’s pregnant. Let me perform an ultrasound and get back to you.’”
As you can see, ole Bey does have a history of being on the thicker side- but we think she’s just knocked up.
Update: Here’s what Kelly Rowland has to say about the matter:

I think what Kelly said about Beyonce being pregnant is true. I just don’t see Beyonce even letting herself get pregnant quite yet. She is very focused on her career and very cautious about the decisions she makes. I guess only time will tell.
