Popeye’s is like crack for folks out here. There used to be only two in the hood…well what used to be the hood. We’ve been gentrified. Now they are popping up all over. There are not that many KFC’s anymore. Now if we get a Church’s it’s OVER! Folks won’t know what to do with themselves.
