To all of us, it seems like Lena Waithe skyrocketed to success in absolutely no-time–but there was a lot of work that went down behind the scenes before her rise to fame.
Lena stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! this week and took a trip down memory lane as she talked about the time in the beginning of her career when she was an assistant. While on the subject, she reveals the lengths she went to track down Whoopi Goldberg while doing that job.
