Then most of the one's "fortunate" enough to benefit from affirmative action moved to the suburbs in the late 1990's and early 2000's leaving the lower-class blacks to rot and kill themselves in the inner cities of the U.S. Oh, and young educated white people are moving into historically Black neighborhoods and claiming them as their own (Gentrification, Bill Clinton).
