Friend Of Gang Rape Victim Says “This School Is To Blame!”

Posted by Bossip Staff

actual crime scene

A friend of the victim from the Richmond homecoming gang rape says that the school is to blame and the kid has some valid points:

She had come alone to the Richmond High School homecoming dance, gorgeous in a sparkling purple dress and faux diamond baubles. The DJ played salsa, meringue and rap. When the teenager disappeared, her friends thought she had gone home early, except she never said goodbye. “We were going…… to go look for her,” said Kami Baker, 16, a junior at the school.

The next day, Baker learned the ugly truth about what had happened to her friend. She had allegedly been gang raped and beaten for almost two-and-a-half hours and left unconscious Saturday night. “I busted up crying,” Baker said. The campus incident in the Bay Area city, north of Oakland, has shaken students and their families. Baker was one of the many people connected to the school and the community who lashed out at officials at a public safety hearing Wednesday.

Baker blamed school district officials for not doing enough to protect her school — and her friend. She said none of the four officers who were at the homecoming dance were patrolling the school premises even though there were a dozen young men hanging out just a few feet from the gym entrance. She says school officials chose not to take any action.

“I looked outside of the gym and I saw 12 to 15 guys, sitting there, with no IDs,” Baker said at the hearing. “The officers — not only did they not check the IDs of those students or men sitting outside of our campus, but the security officers who are employed here did no … checking either. The assistant principal looked outside and actually saw those men, and did nothing about it.”

Baker took the podium with her younger sister, Barbie, a freshman at the school, who had spent a chunk of Saturday evening with the rape victim. “This story has disrupted the school’s morale greatly, including my own. I am friends with the girl,” Baker said. “When I started here, I felt extremely unsafe and so did she, due to the lack of police officers and security officers.”

Baker later described the 15-year-old girl as a churchgoer who struggled to fit in at Richmond High. Police investigating the rape have arrested five people — two adults and three minors, who will be charged as adults, said Lt. Mark Gagan, the Richmond police spokesman. As many as 10 people were involved in the assault in a dimly lit back alley at the school, police have said. Another 10 people watched, without calling 911.

The victim was released from the hospital Wednesday, Gagan said. Baker took heart in her friend’s progress as she recalled how a night of joy for carefree teenagers turned into one that no one wants to remember.

F*ck Perverted Thugs Too! Like we said previously, blaming one person is not the answer and will not lay the responsibility where it should be. Get well young lady. SMH

This crime breaks my heart. The emotional trauma that these perverts have caused this young girl is one that she will struggle with for the rest of her life. This is just sad…

    yes so sad…

  4. C.R.E.A.M.

In situations like this people often search for somewhere to place the blame. I think this student has a point, but let’s not forget to place the blame squarely where it belongs: on the perpetrators of this brutal crime. And also on those who watched, but said nothing.

  5. muchluv

Am I first? Horrendous is all there is to say!! My heart goes out to her-

  6. I don’t think blaming the school is right. All the blame should go on those stupid a*s dudes. I’ve read several reports, some stating that the girl was originally just supposed to leave with two boys to do whatever. No matter what though, she did not deserve this, and they all deserve to get their *****es thrown in jail for life.

  7. Southern Cabbage Patch

My heart goes out to this young lady and her family. Although I do agree that this school should be responsible for the security of their property. This young lady has some responsiblity in her owns actions. She walked over to a bunch of guys whether she knew them or not and drank with them. She 15. Her A$$ should have continued on the path she was heading period. This is no excuse to what happened because these horny lil freaks chose to take someone’s Pu$$y forcefully. Now it is possible that she was drunk and p*****ed out or whateva but damnit they all knew better.
Pu$$y way too easy to come by to lose your freedom, dignity or life over. Seriously

  8. Chloe

That is so sad man. I can’t believe all those superiors saw those young men hanging around && didn’t investigate. && What about all those people that watched && didn’t do anything. That’s messed up. The world is messed up. && Then they wonder why movies like 2012 are coming out now. The world needs a fixing && only one being could fix it.

There seems to be alittle more to the story than her “walking off” alone without her “friends” knowing where she was headed. IDK. I just wish her the best.

  11. Southern Cabbage Patch

And how does 20+ people stand and watch? I mean, even if they were scared to speak out, someone had a damn cell phone. Better yet good legs to run get security. The people who watched can’t be blamed by law but by humanity itself. I remember that movie with Judy Foster called The Accussed where 3 men raped her on a pinball machine & others just watched. It’s sad, just sad

  12. Cali_in_VA

I lived in various parts of Richmond (So.26th, the View, No. 33rd) before finally leaving the Bay because it got so violent. The city is no joke (high crime rate, GENERATIONS of d-boys [and d-girls] and perpetually among the highest murder rates per capita in CA and the nation). The fact that this happened at the school is not shocking to anyone familiar with the area. I used to joke with my friends that the subtext to Richmond’s city motto “Pride and Purpose” was really “Yeah I shot that fool and I meant to do it.” It is a sad situation and my heart goes out to the girl and her friends. The officers and the security should be fired for not doing their duty and perhaps criminal charges (negligence, reckless endangerment) should be brought upon these individuals as well as the parti*****nts. I fear that we will soon start to read about the folks who were named in the news articles as calling the cops as shooting victims. Mark my words.

  13. ShawnM

This story breaks my heart everytime I read about it, so sad… It seems as though these schools dont care about the children’s safety anymore… I can recall a long line of students going all the way out of the school, for a yearly check, to check the students belongings, back in high schoool… I guess safety isnt as important these days…SMDH

  14. Ms. J

I do blame the school and the officers…But I also blame the community.. Since the Richmond community has acknowleged the crime rate in the community, Why didn’t the parents of the kids at the party volunteered that night to offer more security and be chaparones??? Just asking.

People kill me sometimes when something drastic happens and they try to point the finger on someone else, instead of taking some kind of responsibility for their own actions…..

  17. Ms. J

When my daughters went to dances at parties during highschool; there were always a sign up sheet for parents to chaparone at the various dances… My kids went to a predominately white school…very low crime rate in the area, but there were always security and plenty of parents within eyesight of the kids…. *sighing* I just think the problem is within the community…. Parents are just too busy now doing other things instead of focusing their time and attention on their children.

“There seems to be a little more to the story than her “walking off” alone without her “friends” knowing where she was headed.”

The Contra Costa Times, contracostatimes.com, has been following this case closely and provides a narrative of the events of that evening in an article today. There have been four males charged, and the charges include “*****ault with a foreign object”:

Police say the victim left the dance about 9:30 p.m. and walked north on 23rd Street, intending to phone her father for a ride home. But before she did, a cl*****mate called to her from behind a chain-link fence that separates a campus courtyard from the street.
“Her friend called to her, then hopped the fence and escorted her” up Emeric Avenue to a low gate that led into a campus parking lot, Lt. Mark Gagan said.
They joined a group of teens and young adults hanging out and drinking in the poorly lit courtyard.
The victim drank a large amount of brandy in a short period of time while socializing, police said, then collapsed. Someone dragged her to a bench, where several people stripped her, beat her, stole her jewelry and other belongings, and raped her.

t do anything and stood around it means that their sick behinds were turned on by it and got off on it (masturbating and sh*t) lets be real. Even God says this in the Bible when he instructs us on the behaviors we should not engage in . @Man

“The Accused,” for which Jodie Foster won an Oscar, is one of the most painful depictions of rape and its aftermath I’ve ever seen. It came out in the 80’s and was considered extremely raw at the time – particularly the scene in which Foster’s character was raped atop a pinball machine while a large group of men held her down and cheered. I thought it also gave a very honest, emotional depiction on the destructive impact of rape upon the psyche of a woman. It’s worth a look.

  24. DestinysChild

I feel some kinda way about the officers and the school’s administration not telling the kids loitering outside of the school to leave. When I was in school, either you come inside for the activities or you HAVE TO LEAVE. Were they afraid of the students???

I feel sorry for the young lady. I can’t even begin to imagine what she’s going through. I just pray that she doesn’t allow this event to break her or define her as a person.

Oh yeah. I think I do know that movie but I didn’t recall the actress or the title. All I remember was the rape scene and someone giving her ride home afterwards in a truck (I think).

It seems it was “required viewing” or something since it has been cited so much.

Her parents need to sue the hell outta the school district and that’s coming next. This poor child is gonna need years of therapy. The school did not provide adequate security for their students, especially during a school function. Plus the school was also poorly lit and adults in authority at this event did nothing to ensure safety…instead they ignored potential problems. Many males were noticed loitering on school grounds and never questioned or asked for ID. Even the *****t. prin*****l scratched his ***** and did nothing. All of this could’ve been prevented. So *****kin sad. I hope she can recover from this.

The Jodi Foster movie was loosely based on an actual incident in Fall River, MA. The onlookers were not just watching but cheering and encouraging the rapists. The onlookers in the movie were prosecuted as well. Not sure if the onlookers from the actual incident were prosecuted.

you can’t have it both ways–ban the dances! my junior high was a campus-type setting with numerous places behind buildings and fields to hang out, make out, etc. these areas were poorly lighted and could be entered from the back of the school.

the dance premises had teachers and security. schools cannot pay to patrol an entire campus or surrounding area. their job is to secure and patrol the DANCE FACILITY where the kids are supposed to be. officers where i live cost at $50 each per hour. they are not cheap.

at our dances, the facility and the outside of the facility were patrolled. students went in and came out. anybody walking home or walking behind buildings were on their own. teachers volunteered to chaperone inside. teachers did not walk around alone at night. if you ask parents to volunteer to chaperone, they won’t.

also for those talking about the father, the father was probably looking for his daughter INSIDE THE FACILITY where she was supposed to be or waiting thinking that she had not come out yet. that man was there to pick up his daughter like he should and now he’s getting blamed because she did not follow instructions.

it’s easy to point the finger at authorities but time the police start dispersing people, then they become the bad guys, disrespecting rights, har*****ing us, etc.

["A similar incident took place at a New Bedford, M*****achusetts, bar in 1983. Witnesses said several men threw a woman on a pool table where they raped and performed oral sex on her. Several witnesses failed to call police.

"The people in the bar didn't do anything. They just let it happen," said Richard Felson, a professor of crime, law and justice at Penn State University in University Park, Pennsylvania.]

Maybe as a society and as adults we should begin to do something about how we are allowing young children overexposed to sex and violence. I’m sure this site is visited by young men and women…..and tomorrow being Friday there will be the weekly sex talk that many of us take part in. Richmond has had a violent history for some time now. The demographics for the city only supports “white” America’s *****umption that monority neighborhoods, or in this case a city, are full of violence. Richmond’s population is made up primarily of Blacks, “Hispanics”, and whites in descending order….making it a minority community. We need to stop and look at ourselves for what we allow to go on in our comunities before we go pointing fingers and blame. What message are we sending by our own actions…. i.e. acting gangster at 40+ years old and dressing a like video hoe to go to the supermarket. Children learn from observed behaviors….

one time i (and it turned out another neighbor) called the police to investigate this boy across the street screaming. it turned out his daddy was beating his *****! he needed it too and we were sorry because they took the dad away.

    Case in point:

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A third defendant was convicted Friday in the gang-rape of a woman and her child at Dunbar Village in 2007.

After about five hours of deliberation, Jakaris Taylor, 17, was found guilty on all 13 charges against him, including rape, kidnapping and *****ault.

Two others — Tommy Lee Poindexter, 20, and Nathan Walker, 18 — were convicted last month.

Police said the defendants raped and sodomized the mother, forced her and her son to have sex with each other and then doused the two victims with cleaning solutions in an attempt to destroy DNA evidence.

“There are also numerous cases of teenagers being unjustly prosecuted as adults due to ignorant prosecutors incited by “public outrage.””

There are cases in which people have been wrongfully accused of a number of crimes — I believe I read recently of an execution of a man in Texas who may have been innocent (one reason why I don’t support capital punishment). No one has denied that innocent people have been convicted of crimes.

In this particular case, with the details, number of witnesses, etc., I think the “innocence” of the teens involved is seriously in question, in my opinion, which doesn’t include any legal expertise. Time and time again, violent teens have been convicted and found to be threats to the safety of the public.

My point of contention isn’t whether guilty parties should be prosecuted. It’s that they should be prosesucted FAIRLY. Public outrage has resulted in CHILDREN being charged as adults unnecessarily.

In Florida they had to amend the Statutory Rape Law due to the prosecution of an 18 yr old having consensual sex with his 17 yr old girlfriend. He had a MANDATED loooong sentence. ***** has become ridiculous and absurd.

According to the police report, which has been referenced to in a number of articles, she did not. She was already incapacitated when the attack began. Again, below is an excerpt of an article that appears in today’s Contra Costa Times:

The victim drank a large amount of brandy in a short period of time while socializing, police said, then collapsed. Someone dragged her to a bench, where several people stripped her, beat her, stole her jewelry and other belongings, and raped her.

The sexual *****ault continued for about two hours, detectives estimate, with several young men and boys taking part, possibly including some who arrived after the attack began, as word spread.

@ Sydney™ – What up Girl, yeah the case in Texas is a man called Cameron Todd Willingham, the new yorker has great article on it. The idiot governor here is trying his hardest to sweep the case under the rug. Ive been following that one for a moment down here , we have another in down here in Austin with a brother Rodney Reed that sitting on death row as well.
I still am in support of death penalty, just judiciously in limited cir*****stances. For example convicted child molesters, pedophiles etc – even on the fence about those involved here in the *****ault of this poor young girl. They should charge whoever decided to sit here and watch, although I know the law they have doesnt apply to juveniles in CA.

  132. J

I am from this area and like other posters who have experienced Richmond have stated this city is in great despair. Unfortunately, this school and area have been on the downfall for quite some time and not much has been done or is being done to prevent it. Although all the cir*****stances of the situation are not fully known it is up to the school to protect the children at a school function. I do not think it is that hard to walk around the perimeter of the school once an hour to make sure the premise is secure. She was raped for almost 3 hours on school grounds. It is ridiculous.

No, I didn’t read that particular article but I have read others. And from the things that I have read it has only made me more against it.

Whether she did or didn’t consent to any sexual activity doesn’t make what happened any less of a crime. Real talk, I’m not trying to “blame the victim” or take any responsibility off of the perpetrators.

I guess in my head I’m just trying to figure out how the situation got from Point A, which is her in the dance w/ her friends, to Point B, which was her leaving the dance unannounced and drinking on the side of the road (did she know these people?), to Point C which is the rape. I guess it’s all so *****ed up I’m just tryin to get my mind around it.

I agree its just sickening! It ended with her having to be taken to the hospital! That is the point! No matter how it started she was tortured for hours! Yes, “The Accused” depicted how hard it is to prosecute cases of rape. Many victims have said they feel going through trials makes them feel as if they are being violated again. It’s like you’re on trial, and so, many women choose not to pursue legal justice. It’s sad and dangerous because the men who are guilty of rape are many times free to commit the crime against someone else.

You’re right — I don’t think some understand how much of a danger rape is for women, or how devastating it is psychologically. I think, outside of murder, it’s the worst crime that can be committed against a woman. It kills the spirit, and some victims aren’t able to recover physically nor emotionally. MIJDC, i personally believe in prosecuting young people as adults. however, i am rational enough to respect your opinion and understand your basis rather than parti*****te in the name calling and shade throwing.

    (1) preteens today are being groomed by older teens to commit crimes on their behalf because of the lax juvenile system and the sympathy shown to juvenile offenders. older juveniles know the law.

    (2) children are being treated by their immature parents as grown as soon as they can walk/speak, thereby being exposed to things they shouldn’t be exposed to and allowed to do things they shouldn’t. they are also hanging out and being raised by other teens.

    (3) juveniles have no fear of their parents or authority and, many times, fear their friends more than their parents.

all of these factors contribute to an increase in bravado and crime. by the time a petty pre-teen criminal reaches 15, s/he is ready for the big time.

a judge in my area holds a session for juveniles on fridays because she says it’s terrible to see the look on a juvenile convict’s face when she hands over that mandatory sentence for taking $5 from somebody with a BB gun. they simply don’t realize the repercussions of their actions. however, the crime has been committed and it can’t be undone. therefore, they have to pay.

That’s crazy. You can’t even walk the streets without being attacked by them. I guess when mental and emotional abuse isn’t enough, they have to take it to the next level.

I take the subway in NY – I recently got into it with a guy on the train because he THOUGHT he could just shove me out the way and keep it moving. No ma’am. It almost became very ugly on that train, but he did the right thing and kept it moving after he got slapped.

I had a friend once tell me how she was a girl get beat on the street by her man – punched in the face, all that – while guys stood by and did nothing.

True story. I also know this girl who went to the store and when she got back to the house (I was at her mother’s house) she was crying like crazy. Her mother asked what happened. She said when she got to the store this boy was hanging out in front and tried to holla at her. She wasn’t interested, but the guy was upset that he got rejected, so he pulled out a knife and held it to her neck threatening to slice her throat.

And then there was that black woman the other day (I forget where) that was beaten by a white man in front of her young daughter. He got mad because she said something to him after he hit her with a door as he came out of a store.

That story you mentioned about the sister who had a knife held to her throat reminds me of a story that occurred in D.C. of a girl who rejected the advances of a boy in her neighborhood, and he later shot into her home and killed her. That happened a while ago.

“And then there was that black woman the other day (I forget where) that was beaten by a white man in front of her young daughter. He got mad because she said something to him after he hit her with a door as he came out of a store.”

I think we’re thinking of the same Cracker Barrel incident in Ga. — the sista was interviewed on CNN. That man punched and kicked the sister until she was unconscious in front of her daughter. Also, in Ga., I read about a man in a road rage incident who walked up to a woman in a car and punched her and then drove off. He was later arrested.

These cases are occurring across the board in all races (the last two men I mentioned were both white), so I think violence against women is an issue that affects all of us. I think the reasons for this problem are multi-faceted — I think as a society, we are increasingly desensitized to violence, and that affects different groups, including women.

Sex act favors gone wrong! She wanted to fit in so she probably let a few f*** her, and other thought they would join in. Not right at all.No one will ever know what really happened except for those that were there. God be with all those that are *****ociated in this case.

“I can not argue anything that you said about Michael Irvin. You are right! When the lies were exposed it should have gotten just as much attention as the accusations. It’s unfortunate that his name will be tied to that for the rest of his days.

You can pause before making judgement, but in the Richmond case, there are many facts that have already come to the surface. Therefore, these little *****s deserve to be judged.”

The fact that so many people, especially women have a “blame the victim” mentality is very telling of where our society is. We live in a SICK world and many of the SICK are those with the “blame the victim” attitude. I don’t care how drunk the girl was, they had NO right, legally, morally or otherwise to dehumanize that girl the way they did. I can only hope there truly is a Hell for people like that because no jail sentence is enough for what they did to that girl.

Men CANNOT be trusted and this is why.

I hear you girl, but it was an impulse move. If I die defending myself, I guess that will be the case. I find it hard to let people push me around. I could be the crazy one, I remember hearing back in the late 80’s/early 90’s about guys who used to get killed for accidentally stepping on someone’s sneaker. I think everyone (male or female)she be mindful of how they treat people.

Oh ok, it was Cracker Barrel. I forgot. But I didn’t know he beat her til she was unconscious. Sickening! I didn’t hear about the road rage case, but I’m glad that animal got arrested. They are getting waaaaay out of hand. When I have a daughter, I’ll have to enroll her in some cl*****es: kickboxing, karate, all that.

I don’t if she drank or fell out there still no excuse for what was done to her. Yeah she probably showed poor judgment on the company she choice to be with but that no excuse to abuse her like that and gang rape her. I sounds to me to be gang related people with no morals or respect for human life. Just that God they did not kill her.

  198. myturn

so her father went to pick her up and couldn’t reach her on her cell phone so…drove home without her???
    this whole story disgusts me
what is wrong with the people in richmond, california??? she should have the opportunity to torture them back…justice!

  199. AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWSHADDAAAP!!!!

Anyone with a smidgen of moral fiber will not stand for anything less than the GUILTY parties being punished to the fullest extent of the law. Human beings, those amongst us who are human beings, should see this as nothing short of a crime against humanity – not just the female sex. As a community of people who want to preserve a certain level of decency in our world, we should see to it that justice is carried out – a punishment that fits the crime – so that the message is sent loudly and clearly that THIS WILL NOT STAND.

  200. 80's Girl

RICHMOND IS THE EPITOME OF THE WILD, WILD WEST!! WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM ONE OF THE NATIONS MOST DANGEROUS CITIES(#5). THIS CITY WAS DEVESTATED BY THE 80’s CRACK EPIDEMIC, WHICH PRODUCED THOUSANDS OF CRACK BABIES AND FATHERLESS HOMES. THESE SAME CHILDREN HAVE COME OF AGE TODAY, MAD, ANGRY, AND COMPLETELY HEARTLESS,WRECKING HAVOC THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE CITY. BELIEVE IT OR NOT THERE ARE SOME BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE IN THE CITY, BUT THEY ARE LITERALLY UNDER SIEGE BY THIS ROAMING PACK OF YOUNG,VICIOUS, HUNGRY, RABID HYENNAS W/NO ALPHA MALE. THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO THE VICTIM AND HER FAMILY, FRIENDS AND THE PEOPLE OF RICHMOND>

The school is legally responsible for the health and welfare of all students during school and school functions.
Anyone who watched and did nothing, even anonymously, is just as responsible.
If security and enforcement should have been aware during the course of events in or on school property, you know as well as I do, your duties are not confined to just the interior of a building on school grounds.
Everyone should Practice the same Good Conscience as though the Victim is one of your own. Take the Action to save someone, the same as many of you may hope one day when you too are victimized in some manner, because you too may become a victim one day, in your own neighborhood, in your own home, in your car, 2 the Mall, or some other “Something like this or anything else could or would ever take place in my (your) Life” event
when you will hope, pray, and expect from someone else.

  205. I am kind of shocked at all these comments, I agree and am VERY angry at want these teens/adults decided to do to the young lady, but I was more shocked by the comments on this page, all the f*** words and P**** words… I read about some saying clean it up, and others getting really vulgar about it. Cleaning up our world involves everyone and it starts with each person. I try very hard to teach my daughter what CAN happen and how to avoid it. I tell her constantly that being in control of your own brain, not using alcohol and drugs etc. I CONSTANTLY talk to her (and my boys) I am not saying this girl was at fault but WHY did she put her self in that situation to begin with? Am I the only one thinking this here? Those guys should be hung in a public hanging for what they did, but SHE also needs to take some responsibility. When you drink enough brandy to still register 2 1/2 hours later, that is a LOT of brandy. For the ones that sat around and “watched” I find that sicking, parents need to get involved with their children, and actually teach them right from wrong. If I found out MY child sat and watched something like that, and did nothing, I would feel like a complete failier as a parent. I read in the news the other day where a bunch of kids set another one on fire over a video game.. COME ON….Our world is going in a BAD way and if we don’t do something, it’s our kids that will suffer :(

  207. “Something tells me when the truth is finally out we will discover that the brandy was spiked.”

I dunno I just find the whole thing very sad, if it was spiked they need to be charged with that too. I personally think, they need to gather the “watchers” and the people that actually raped her and charge them with accessorie. As much as it horrifies me, I would LIKE to think if my daughter did something stupid and went to drink with a bunch of people, SOMEONE would help her and not hurt her but that would go for ANY child. I have 3 teens and one adult child, I worry for them because of garbage like this. I see more and more parents who could care less where they’re kids are or what they are doing. The bible says the world will be “all about me” in the end times, and you can just see it. I hope people wake up and see what is going on and at least try and change it to prevent this kind of thing.

THE CITY IS RICHMOND….IT’S REALLY SAID FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND…I AM AN ALUMNI OF RICHMOND HIGH SO IT REALLY HITS CLOSE TO HOME FOR ME..DURING MY HIGH SCHOOL YEAR THERE WAS NEVER ENOUGH SECURITY.. I REALLY HOPE THAT THE WILL LOOK AT THIS AND TRY TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. IN 2000 A CLOSE FRIEND OF MINE EXPERIENCED ALMOST THE SAMETHING. NOT TO THAT POINT BUT IT ALMOST LED TO THERE IF *****ODY WALKED THRU THE HALLS…MY PRAYERS GOES OUT TO THE GIRL AND HER FAMILY…

  209. Trouble

I am female and firmly believe that no one deserves to be raped. With that said, I think it is just a reasonable to expet a female to be responsible for herself. People automatically defend the females in a “rape”. i thik what happened is that she was a fast ***** little 15 year old girl left the dance without telling her friends, because she intended to have sex with someone and return…She went and got drunk…trhik about it…she consumed large amounts of Brandy and eventually p*****es out. That took time. She had time to leave and get drunk with a buncha dudes…by herself.

She knew the deal. And yes she started out consenting to one or two guys…with her drunk self, and it became a train…and she was okay for a while then she got dried out and it went downhill from there. Aint no one sitting around watching no rape…
nut they will sit and watch a ***** get a train ran on her…

I’m not calling her a *****…but those fools watched a train and it lasted for…yes hours. Why wasn’t she screaming? Oh yeah…when she sent dry…the TROUBLE begain because she didn’t want to finish and yes. It became rape–

As many kids have cell phones, she would have borrowed one to call her dad. Or used on at school. I recognized a LIE when I hear one. She has also decline making any additional statements because she is lying and protecting the ones she consented with. The truth is going to finish coming out. It is a bad situation, but it started with a POOR POOR decision. She had to lie and act innocent so that her dad wouldn’t trip.

WHY AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO WILL CALL A SPADE A SPADE!!!???

  210. be real

If it is true then even those who watched should be persecuted.

  211. Po'Sha

    @Trouble
I really think you should read the reports before you start attacking the victim because many of your statements are totally wrong and contrary to what was reported!

  212. anonymous

AND ALSO TO YOU, TROUBLE: GO TO HELL. YOU BELONG THERE AND NOT HERE. YOU CAN’T SEEM TO READ TOO WELL AND YOU DON’T HAVE A HEART. I HOPE YOU DON’T HAVE CHILDREN AND I HOPE IF YOU DO THAT THE HEINOUS ACT THAT WAS DONE TO THAT POOR GIRL DOESN’T HAPPEN TO THEM. BUT I HOPE IT HAPPENS TO YOU.

  213. anonymous

    TO YOLANDER SERMON, PREACH.

  214. 2 Much

I feel sorry for that poor girl and I hope she gets counseling. The blame belongs on the rapist. Also, youngs that read this blog listen to me. Always go in groups. If it’s to the restroom go with two or three friends. And never go up to a group of guy standing around even if you are with the group. Always be very cautious bout where you go and what you do.

  215. Joy

I am from Richmond… They need to close that school. The Richmond Police department can’t get the neighborhood in check, let alone Richmond High. The neighborhood is too rough, gangs, drugs hella high homicide rate. I think that the kids should be bused to schools in better neighborhoods for their safety. This school has been a mess since the 80’s…we never eva roll to Richmond High…eva

Hey GLOK!!WHAT THE F**CK has the Prez have to do with the actions of these animals? Put the blame where it belong and stop pointing fingers at others. The Prez had nothing to do with what these sick low life animals did to that young girl!!!and maybe the reason things may appear to be getting worst is because america is full of savages like these who want nothing out of life but a lame *ss excuse to blame the system for the crimes that they have commited instead of taking ownership of their actions. So don’t go putting the prez in the mist of this B*ll sh*t!!!!!
