A cousin of mine won the lottery. She won $4millon dollars. Well, her share was like $4M. It was a pool of them from her job that won. This fool blew through er penny in less than 3 years – SMH!! Only thing she has to show for it is a house, a couple of cars. She is back working as lead customer service rep.

She had an entourage of bottom of the barrel dudes and girls who helped her blow the cash. Now they sitting back laughing at her. She actually gave a couple money to start a salon/spa. They are doing very well and they don’t even speak to her now.

One of the biggest mistakes that young people is about when you make a purchase or something that is an “open system” vs. something that is a “closed system”.

When you buy something like an umbrella, that is all you need and you don’t have to buy other things that support it. That a “closed system” item.

When you buy a house or a car, you buy an “open system” item because it requires other expenses just for having it. You must pay taxes, insurance, maintenance, upkeep, utilities, depreciation and a host of other things.

Think of M.C Hammer buying that race horse. He didn’t know that feeding, boarding, training and vet bill permanently came with the horse.

It is the “open system” items that wipe out your wealth over time. Cars, houses, lawncare, swimming pools, parties, expensive hobbies, women, babymamas, children, golfing, race horses, etc. Wealth Killers.
