Last week, Oprah had BeBe Winans on her show but earlier this year, his ex-wife accused him of putting his hands on her. Wait, Wait… This is the same reason she wouldn’t have Chris come on the show…

Gospel singer BeBe Winans is accused of shoving his ex-wife Debra Winans to the ground in front of their kids back in February. BeBe was on “Oprah” on Friday to pimp out his new gospel CD — his domestic violence charge is pending until another court hearing next year.
Debra tells TMZ she’s “hurt by Oprah’s decision to have Bebe on the show” — especially after she refused to have Chris Brown on her show in the wake of the Rihanna beating.
Calls to Oprah’s people were not returned.
So, is it because BeBe sings songs about God and Chris Brown jirates on stages, or is it because Chris pleaded guilty and BeBe’s case is still pending? Well, HARPO… What is it???

Bebe is in Oprah’s good books because he is her personal friend and she likes him. Miss Winfrey has always been a very two-faced person and willing to forget a multitude of wrongs if the person committing the wrong is her friend.

Thank You. It HAS NOT been proven, substantiated, or known to be true YET. We knew that Chris knotted up Rihanna and BEAT her VICIOUSLY. AND her show with him WASN’T to talk about domestic abuse or anything else…it was to promote their cd. There is a difference.

However, Mike Tyson admitted to hitting Robin and was convicted of rape, but she had no problem putting him on her show. She even comforted him when he began to cry. Chris was right. Eventhough she does not owe him anything. It’s a double standard. At least hear his side, give him the benefit of the doubt, just like Bebe.

The police, when they come to the scence for Domestic Abuse calls are geared up..these are the most dangerous calls. He was arrested…and he should not have placed himself in tha position. Women and children can be careless….not MEN.

I did see that someone asked if maybe this is because Chris pleaded guilty and Bebe case is still “accused” at this time. Well that is BS because she refused Chris before he pleaded. She basically came out against him when it happened. Yes I do love me some Chris Brown but I don’t condone what he did. He is truly sorry for what he did and people will not let him prove that he is truly sorry. I will still support him and can’t wait to get my 3 copies of the new album. Oprah could have reached out to him especially since he was so young and he has done work for her. Oprah got rich on the back of the downtrodden – for those of you who can’t remember when Oprah started out she was the black female version of Jerry Springer. Then when she made her money she began catering to the white folk. If you notice Oprah doesn’t have many blacks on her show and when she does it is usually to paint them in a negative light. Also the only people she has ever helped to become successful are the white folk – Dr. Phil, all her book club choices, etc. – that’s how successful blacks usually roll – they take our money to fund the white folks efforts – when will we ever learn?
