If a person is being written about because he’s done something good and helpful why the need to call him a scuzz bucket?

Definitely a good deed though I don’t know who the hell he is. He looks nasty as hell. I’m sure they could have found a better picture of him. Common on now. Is the orange band a belt…holding up his pants. Lordy.
