First of all regarding Beanie dissing Jay: I get what he’s saying as far as Jay letting off the label but the rest is just him crying now because he’s broke. Look..when you got 4 middle aged white announcers at Yankee Stadium watching Jay Z and Alicia Keys perform and they say that they all are going on a road trip to see Jay Z’s next concert…you have officially arrived.

I am not big Jay Z fan but I give props where they are do…and he deserves it. Beanie and 50 need to give it a rest. Haters eventually fall on deaf ears.

Hip Hop is about keeping the foundation of where Rap started alive and well. Right now its sick and dying with the crap out now. Regardless if NAS or 50 whatever have not come out with albums in awhile…they will forever be influential in the name of HIP HOP…you will always remember ETHER and the countless other songs…sh*t you will always remember NAS in BELLY and all the other artist in the movie (just because of the soundtrack…still fire til this day.)

So it is what it is…its the record companies who are responsible for the garbage out now…they are not allowing A&R, music producers and starving artist with new fresh ideas to surface. Its all about capitalism and what can make that money fast and quick.

It is sad and like all struggles we will get through it.
