Now I am on it consistently and the pounds are melting off. It took a couple of weeks to see results, but now everybody is noticing the lose and asking me what I am doing. So I am doing the best I can to spread the word. I have been able to eat lots of food, and never feel hungry as I usually did on diet plans. The recipes that my wife and I have tried have been wonderful. It was hard at first to give up some of my carbs, mostly the pasta and meat sauce, or sandwiches stuffed with mayo and meat. But, I am used to it now and cruising right along. 30 pounds to go. Thanks Suzanne for your breakthrough plan.

She looks like Aaliyah and she can act and dance and sing. I hope she gets the part. All Lauren would have to do it lose a few pounds(she is not fat), but Aaliyah was slim and toned. Darken her hair and put on Aaliyah’s swagg and you got a damned good Aaliyah alike. I hope Lauren gets it though. She can act and would do justice to the role. Keisha is too sweet n spice. I have seen her interviews in ytube and she is so very like valley girl like even though she is from Canada.

Her body was petite yet highly toned. Keisha is more baby phat cute…bubbly and very Disney Character. Aaliyah was gothic, hence “Try Again” and “Queen of The Damned” very darkside. I don’t know why they would cast a singer to act as one of the most highly known and respected artist that was out. If she does a poor job(does she act?)it will end her career. I didn’t really know of her until a few days ago. She is a cutie no doubt, but exotic beauty? Not yet. I hope the makeup artists has a magic wand and changes her baby phat into cheekbones and her small chin into perfection. I also hope there is enough fairy dust to give her that edge and mystery that Aaliyah has. God Bless the movie that it may be a success as Aaliyah was and is. Cross your eyes and fingers on this one….lord help us!!!!

Ok, now this girl has potential. You can’t tell me Jennifer Lopez was in ‘perfect shape’ as an singer AND actor when she did Selena. As a matter of fact, the movie is what helped launch her career to the top! So you never know what this movie can bring to Keshia. If she stands up and delivers her part to play this role than she will be rewarded in the future. Somehow, somewhere.

She does look just like Liyah at the beginning of her 2U video (you have to check it out if you want confirmation). I hope that the “loose” rumors are not true because that could tarnish her image and effect her portraying Aaliyah in a film biopic. The only bad press Aaliyah ever received was one she “supposedly” eloped with R. Kelly when she was 15, so she pretty much had seven years of flawless reputation. I feel anyone the plays Aaliyah should be able to carry her grace, style, love of sunglasses and baggy pants, talent, humor, and yes her likeness. That is all.
