I actually live in Martinsburg,WV and I am a white female in my early 20′s who attends the local university and I also work 2 jobs. I can’t believe what some of these people had to say!

First and foremost, Out of all the people interviewed, there was not a single young person or someone in their late 20′s, early 30′s. Most of the people on that news clip are misinformed people to put it nicely. Obviously you HAVE to be born in the USA to even become the President. So the lady in the coffee shop might want to get her facts straight before she speaks. Also, the old couple that said HRC could sing the SPB better than whomever, are you kidding me, this is no American Idol, we are voting for someone to run this free nation. And all of the white people interviewed, just because Obama has not been around as long as HRC, doesn’t mean anything. At least Obama doesn’t vote to go to War and then years later LIE and say he didn’t vote to go to War(HRC)! This makes me very upset to even live in the state of WV. I am ashamed of all the ignorant, racist people in this state and the ENTIRE country. People that were interviewed for this clip are the exact reason why Bush is in the White House now and why the free nation is doing so poorly, because people don’t have a single clue of what really matters to run a nation! They just think that since a white person that has been around in the media for “a long time” that you are the perfect candidate to become President. And I am NOT voting for HRC!

My boss (a white woman) is from West Va and she was truly embarrassed for those people… her words – not mine. As stated above, they only interviewed ‘a few people’ but the majority of the state really feel that way- my boss’ words. She feels that 80% are all HRC and the rest can’t wait to attempt to assassinate Obama. She is pro Obama.

That’s what makes them uneducated. The fact that they think that they wouldn’t suffer as bad w/ McCain as the leader of the US than Obama is how they are showing the rest of the world how dumb they really are. The mess up part is that there are more of this people in the US then there are educated people. If it wasn’t for that I would not want Obama to try and get there vote b/c of how stupid they are. SMH.

It is what it is, WV will always be that way. The only way a black person gets respect in that state is if they play sports and when championships for their schools, or until their daughters come home with a black baby, then they have no choice.
