Rupaul always looked like this. When I first saw him without his drag outfit on I said the same thing HE HAS THE DIE SLOW (aka AIDS) but no…that is how home boy looks.
And I must say this. Rupaul is the one drag queen that have respect for. He still dresses down as a man and then throws on his rags for his shows. Instead of these dudes out here wearing drag full time…deceiving folks.

@ tenderoni….there is a difference between having full-blown AIDS and being HIV positive. Read up.
I have had family members die from AIDS and I know that gaunt look when I see it. It goes beyond just looking skinny, especially when you are in the advanced stages of the disease. If you’ve ever seen it up close and personal, trust me, you would know what i am talking about.
And yes, you can be HIV positive (like Magic Johnson and many others) and look perfectly healthy and fine.
