“My father is a lunatic & doesn’t even deserve such a title since he’s never been around in my life other than when he’d threaten me and my family,” the star tweeted, in response to her father’s very public concerns regarding her personal life and drug use. Michael, who fears that his troubled daughter “could be dead in a year” because of her hard partying lifestyle, recently told the Daily News that he has tapes of phone calls from Lindsay’s mom, Dina, proving that she is covering up her daughter’s drug use.
“Dina is saying that I’m lying – that Lindsay doesn’t have a problem and that she’s okay. But I have proof that Dina has told me Lindsay is on death’s doorstep, that she doesn’t have much time left. There have been frantic calls. And I’m going to prove that Dina is the liar, not me.” Michael has threatened to air the recordings on Monday night’s “Entertainment Tonight.” And the 23-year-old starlet is none too pleased.
“He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life, behind bars,” writes the 23-year-old starlet. The latest Lohan family dispute has even drawn in Lindsay’s 15-year-old sister, Ali. “It’s so sad to get a phone call from my baby sister just now asking, ‘why is daddy doing this?’” writes Lindsay. “He’s crossed the lines & hurt me & my family 4 the last time.” Whether Michael will air the supposed recordings of his wife on national television remains to be seen.
