It’s a business and that’s how it works. If you’re not making a profit for the company you need to look at other options. When you get a little exposure…you need to capitalize off of it immediately..or else you’ll fall by the wayside. Being ignorant or running in the streets is no excuse. If you’re hungry you’re gonna go after what you want instead of complaining. When it comes to growing a business you need to seperate the personal side unfortunately. This is what seperates people like J and 50 from the rest..they know this and learned it early on.
Everyone needs to grow the eff up and focus on your damn self. If you’re not successful it’s your own damn fault. I know a lot of people can’t stand him now but look at ‘Ye’s story. Roc-a-fella wasn’t feeling him at first too but he decided to do his own sh*t and look where he’s at now. Made his own video using his own money “Through the Wire” and proving everyone wrong.

Beans held the Roc down when jay went pop and lost street *****s fan base. when Beans was locked, no kite nor visit, nothing = not cool he rode for jay on another level and jay turned his back on him = not cool! Beans paid his legal fees, etc… he never asked for a hand out, just mutual respect. I came to realize that only real ni99as feel beans, the rest just don’t understand what beans gripe is.
Most of them sided with Dash when the label split…Wasn’t there an article in Vibe or Source when the label split-Kanye, Foxxy, and Freeway went in the direction of Jay and the others followed dash, well we see what happened to dash and subsequently the others. Its like being on a b-ball team only one of us can be the next Lebron…these dudes need to get some day jobs and be appreciative that they got to live the dream, even if it was for a second!

I’ve never been a member of Roc-A-Fella, so I don’t know all the details and probably none of us ever will. But, I know most people have had an experience where they may have had to cut off a long-time friend because they we’re too needy, always asking for money, or straight up grimey.
If Beanie and the others were just sittin’ on they *****es, getting locked up, and not producing any hit records, then they needed to be let go. They all saw that Jay was trying to make moves. The handwriting was on the wall. They just weren’t paying attention. Instead, they tried to take advantage of the fact they grew up with Jay, in order to avoid having to do any actual work. Beanie and the rest need to just get on the unemployment with everybody else and stop *****in’ all the time.

Last I heard, they were mad at not having the shine they could or should have had…all efforts went on Jay…so they were disappointed but not broke…at this point they ain’t asking for favors…they making statements that’s all…it’s just a hood way to say I see you dude…with your phony self so understand the next move “I” make…trust and believe Beans or Dash or the others ain’t looking to hug it out with Jay…
I’m not going to knock Jay or Beans. All I know is this, when you have a situation where there is no competition and the conglomerate on top has been at the top for a very long time, and there are multiple people with the same complaints about this conglomerate, there is reason to scratch your head. This goes for any industry, entertainment, government, retail sales, etc. You should never want a situation where there is no competition and for a while now Jay hasn’t had much competition amongst his own camp or amongst other camps. There have been others that can get with him lyrically, but as far as his business saviness, he has remained and still remains on top, and that in itself is scary…something deeper is going on behind that braggadocious facade…in time if he p1sses enough of these street cats off his empire could be in danger. All I’m saying is watch…

I had a sister that wanted to blame our parents for the wrong that she did after she was old enough to know right from wrong.
