@Stop It!!!!!!!!!!! – I hear what you are saying, but this man was warned prior to this second act. And then gave the animal a disease, too, twice. They probably figured it they didn’t put him somewhere – he’d be back for more sugar. lol
Maybe he should be committed to a hospital instead of jail, but he needs to be somewhere getting some help.
