The thing with HIV/AIDS is that if you don’t accept the diagnosis quickly, you die quickly. Those people who accept that they have it tend to live longer.

Maybe this is an ignorant comment but I didn’t think people actually died from AIDS per se but more like complications from other diseases like pneumonia, shingles or something else. So maybe he just never kicked the pneumonia?? I don’t know. But I am with people that say you could have something for years and the moment you start on those meds, you are a goner.

My grandfather was diagnosed with Stage 1 colon cancer and when they opened him up and like the air or soemthing hit, it immediately advanced to stage 4 inoperable and he was dead 2 months later. Had they left him alone he might could have lived a year or longer. So I can believe that once you start messing with stuff, it could have a negative effect.

I know 1 person with full blown AIDS. He looks normal. He isn’t sickly looking. He isn’t in the hospital. He looks like an average man in tailored suits. He isn’t on medications. You wouldn’t know. I see women trying to holla left and right. I personally do not know if he is s*xing still but he looks healthy. When he was diagnosed in 2007 it was diagnosed as full blown AIDS. 2 years later he is still here. All I am saying is HIV/AIDS (full blown) you don’t have to look like you are dying. Maybe back in the 1990′s it was more normal to look like that. But this dude is just out here living his life to the fullest daily. So I am not sure I agree that he had to look sick. My boy told me he doesn’t want to be on meds because when he dies he wants to look like himself and not like a sickly, underweight man. He still smokes green leaves, drinks and all that.

@sassalene At about the time of his death, you should know that he owned everything that Dr dre, Snoop, Ice Cube, Warren G and the rest of their crews master tapes as well as the lable. There was friction between the groups founders because they wanted to go in different directions. Easy E earned his first paper in the drug game and converted that into the music business. He was a novice in the industry but had some heavy hitters on his squad who were not happy with the direction in which he was gone. Next thing you know he is dead from complications due to the HIV virus. btw HIV doesn’t kill you, it’s the things that it causes that wreak havoc on your immune system.

Conspiracy? Darling are you serious? Hewas never tested for for HIV before becoming ill. And he didn’t have AIDS, because you don’t die from AIDS but from the complications it can bring (such as pneumonia). Ther was no conspiracy, just lack of proper medical care.

Stop the ignorance regarding AIDS. Easy E died quickly from full blown AIDS because he like so many waited to long to take an HIV test. Just because none of his children or mothers have it does not mean he did not die of AIDS, or that he was secretly injected with something. Black Community we have go to wake up to the threat of AIDS. It is still a very real threat.

The HIV virus is more likely to be transmitted from male to male intercourse as opposed to man to woman. It is quite common for men who have intercourse with men on the DL or IV drug users to have HIV/AIDS but not their female companions, like Magic Johnson etc. The trans rate for male to male according to the Centers For Disease Control is in the 90 % but, much less for traditional man and woman sex.

In MY Opinion i think his music is distasteful but that is not the point to my post. I wonder how many women he himself had infected with HIV or god knows what else.

I find that the more elaborate and sinister a conspiracy theory is the less likely it is to be true. In this case I think he got a bad case of pneumonia that a normal immune system would find difficult to conquer and in conjunction with the HIV, didnt stand a fighting chance.

My aunts husband died from complications due to full blown AIDS. And she had gotten pregnant from him right before he died. She NPR her daughter contracted the virus. I don’t know why some people get it, and others don’t. Only thing I can say is there’s a higher authority sparing some and not others.

On topic: It is weird that none of his baby mamas had HIV. He could’ve been poisoned, or maybe god just spared the women he came in contact with. Who knows. Either way he’s already dead.

I remember when this happened.. Their were literailly thousands of women being tested for hiv that had slept with easy e. I dont know how many or if any of them were infected by him. But i do know their was no conspiracy on him. His children and baby mamas do not have hiv. Its silly to me how some people just dont have the commonsense to know that babys are born all the time from infected mothers and still the baby has a 50 percent chance on not having hiv. And please stop with the gay rumors!! Eazy e was strictly about the coochy! Some people live long lives with the infection..and others simply do not. Easy didn’t die of aids he was probably shot, put in the hospital and diagnosed him with aids and told him to go with it
