Harpo Finally Bans BeBe From The Show

Oprah tried to ignore the fact that she denounced Chris Brown, but let her buddy BeBe Winans, who is going to court for domestic violence charges in Jan, be a guest on the show recently. She has now banned BeBe from her show:
Winans appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” last week and was seen in promos for future appearances. Now he’ll be cut out of the segment, said Winfrey spokesman Don Halcombe on Thursday. Winfrey was criticized by some bloggers this week for including Winans after she had taken a strong stand against domestic violence earlier this year. She did a show on the topic when singer Chris Brown assaulted his then-girlfriend Rihanna. The daytime TV leader said at the time: “Domestic violence is something that I wouldn’t tolerate. Period.”
Halcombe would only say that the decision to eliminate Winans was made this week. It was not clear if Winfrey had been aware that Winans was charged with misdemeanor domestic assault in the Feb. 13 incident, where Winans and his ex-wife Debra were allegedly arguing about their children. Winans has a court date set for Jan. 20.
She had to do it, but we don’t think she wanted to ban him.

I am neutral when it comes to Oprah – I’ve noticed, via media outlets and blogs, etc, that she’s been flip flopping allot lately. I don’t think that’s a good look. She needs to get her booker’s or whoever, to start doing a more thorough job of researching the people she invites to her show. Case in point, Michael garnered her some of the highest ratings to date. She never really spoke about Michael even though her demeanor seemed more against Michael than for him – just my opinion. But now lately, she’s been pumping her fist for Michael – I mean it’s a little too late, why now? Ratings? Sometimes I question the sincerity of her program that’s all I’m saying.

Now, when will this show be cancelled altogether? It has run it’s course to me.
I can’t stand Oprah and I don’t watch her show. I wish we as black people, especially black women, would stop taking Oprah’s word like she is the second coming. That bi*ch don’t know everything! And as a married woman, I defenitley don’t take relationship advice from anybody who has never been married.

Oprah and Tom Joyner both are HUGE hypocrites! Tom Joyner jumped on the “Taking a Stand Against Domestic Violence” bandwagon and refuses to play any Chris Brown songs on his show. Yet he got Be-Be and Ce-Ce’s new song in heavy rotation on his radio station and Be-Be has been accused of beating his wife! Come on now! I don’t care if it’s allegedly or proven with picturs as in the Chris and Ri-Ri case, if you’re taking a stand then do it all the way – not half a$$ed!
Until Be-Be is cleared of the allegations don’t have him on your show or play his music. After he’s cleared then resume promoting him if you’re taking this grand stand against domestic violence! These celebrities KILL me!

Oprah was and is a hypocrite. She knew about BeBe just like Chris-bashing Tom Joyner does having him of the cruise and banning Chris b. And she blasts hip hop while her buddy Chris Rock uses the same language.
OF COURSE she knew!!! Everyone knows that’s why he is in court.. But of course she doesn’t want to look like a hypocrite so he got cut.
