NOT INTERESTED. I grew up on Janet’s music. Been to see every tour except the last one (saw it on DVD). Now that I am older I come to the conclusion that if you been to one of Janets concerts, you seen them all. With the crappy Europeon techno dance music from the last 3 CD’s, there is nothing new for me to see or hear.
is janet sure she will get people to pay good money to see her? her albums haven’t been burning up the charts as of late.
Janet needs to go sit down somewhere and give it up! She is what now 41-42??? she should be concentrating on having some kids and getting married and leave that icon/idol status to the younger females coming up now, her time has come and gone bow out gracefully and live you life now, its a done deal.

I think she’ll put on a good show. She seems like she gives a full effort which is good with the way the economy is today, people aren’t going to continue to support subpar shows
I really don’t think it has to do with age. I agree with Somer, her last 3 cds were iritating to my ears. She has had a great career for someone who cannot sing. The people who grew up on Janet are now listening to Jill Scott and Kem. Their ears have matured from lip syncing to live instruments.
Just like 20yrs from now these same Rhiannah, Ciara and Britney fans will out grow the 20 back up dancers type of artist.
I swear, some of ya’ll bitches need to get some where and sit down and shut the fuck up lol. Yes, Janet just turned 42, but she looks amazing and her music is geard toward the younger audience anyway not many of ya’ll old asses anyway lol.
Look at Madonna. She is almost 50 years old and can still perform and show that she still got it after all these years. If you didn’t like the last album, fine. But to constantluy say it’s a wrap and it’s over for her career, get real bitches lol.
Janet has like no real competition at all, cause these younger perfromers aint doin shit from Rihanna to Beyonce. All their music sounds the same and does not show range. Janet has nothing to worry about.
I am willing to bet that on her next album she will silence the haters and the bitches that say she is done.
Janet did a great job with her last CD “Dicipline” most of the review were positive. Her singles so far were strictly dance, so many people that are not into dance music would not feel the first couple singles. But wait until all the singles are released.
This album is her best since “All For You”.
P.S. I’ll be back to rub her new hits in some of you bitches faces lol.
Why do both Janet and Michael continue to drag out their careers? Yes, I’ve been a huge fan of both and have supported them from the beginning. But once you become an icon, it’s hard to keep outdoing yourself. Why don’t they get their own record label and produce some new talent. You don’t always have to be ON the stage to be in the industry! They need to PRODUCE and let the STACKS come in that way.
