Man this is f…..d up, I’m not excusing what she did but I am empathetic. People need to stop condemning her, she was three when the assault started. Someone mentioned may God have mercy on her hateful soul, her father was the hateful one. How could a father do this to his own child? Its wrong, sick, and I’m tired of some of y’all railroading the victim.

its crazy how we dont understand how serious child abuse is and how it can effect a person later in life. i dont think she deserved any jail time. ppl truly underestimate the effects this has on a person.t he majority of women are sexually abused and its sad that men can do it and get away with it. their inability of downright refusal to control their sexual desires is disgusting. we can cintunue to act like its “taboo” even though it runs rampant in this world but as long as we do that these types of things will continue to happen. it needs to be taken more seriously and these men need to be punished. truthfully if she would have turned him in instead of taking action on her own he probably would have went unpunished for his crimes. its just not taken seriously. i feel bad for her. even if you the judge saw anger in her eyes, does he/she recognize where thats coming from? these events can truly ruin a person’s life. i was molested, thank GOD not that early and not that long but it was for several yrs and i cant say i walked away from it unscathed and the man that did it was never punished for his crimes. its sad but true and we must not be so cold hearted to someone who probably suffered more than many of us can imagine…

It says something about the judge saying sexually abused victims shouldn’t take the law into their own hands but yet our judicial system don’t do anyting to the sexual abusers that mind you will never be healed by any type of counseling or jailtime.Sexual abusers should be locked up and never be let out to roam the streets again.It’s a sickness and there is no cure nor will there ever be a cure.Maybe just maybe that judge feels sometype of way because he’s a sexual abuser himself.Alot of ppl in the judical system (whether it be cops,lawyers,judges etc.)are sexual,mental and physical abusers but use their athority to cover it and scare their victims, so maybe that’s why he gave her such a harsh punishment bc he’s an abuser himself,I’m just saying.

The really sad part is that she’s been victimized her whole life and the system would rather see her in jail forever than putting her in treatment where she can learn to love herself and have others love her.

the end never justifies the means, as a former police officer, I can tell you what the judge took into consideration when sentencing her, she had the presence of mind to research her crime on the internet, which demonstrates she PLANNED the crime, she’s lucky she didnt get the death penalty
