If the prosecution is saying that this girl was about 13 and this happened 6 years ago, that would put her at 19 today and not 23 (the real age of the “alledged” victim). And if it was her, then she would have been 17 (or closer to 18) at the time of this tape. Even if the girl was 13 and the tape was released later, it still doesn’t prove her real age or her identity. Kelly can say it wasn’t him all day long, but if the girl denies it, and she can’t be caught lying about it, then there’s reasonable doubt right there.

There are far too many holes and “guessing games” in this case for it to stick.

He was already long under suspicion for being a pedophile way before this video and no one could control him? Damn, Rkelly really is a pedoplhile and has an uncontrollable illness. I just can’t comprehend a grown person being attracted to a child.

Bill Clinton was not a pedophile (off by by two years with Lewinsky) but he too just could not control himself over the years. Dropping his pants and flashing women?!! I don’t get it. Then Halle’s ex-husband had to go to sex addiction clinic. And that actress Catherine Zeta Jones had to put in her prenup with Michael Douglas, another admitted sex addict, $5 million for every time if he cheats?!

I’ve never been a fan of RKelly but it’s just unreal how the people around him knew all along and let this go on. I could not see brothers on this site letting their boy do this. At which point were his people supposed knock some sense into him. Now, they’ll knock sense into him in prison.
