The real issue here is not a black or white issue.
I think that certain people only appear when a new piece of ***** is splatered on the page. The Black/White issue is a very HOT topic on this blog, so why not take advantage of the situation and use it to try to start internet beef.

I concede defeat on trying to have an intelligent debate on the double standard for Black Men not really supporting Black Women like other races do for their own women.

I’m not so sure anymore it’s about self hate for black men, who prefer to date very light or non-black woman. There was a test I read a while back, where they were to choose certain feautures they find attractive in females. Most said they prefered light skin, light eyes, euro feautures and straight hair. But said they would want neither of these feautures themself. They felt they would look best as a man with brown dark skin, african feautures and black hair texture. Many black men just seem to think that african feautures is the most attractive for a male, and euro feautures and hair is more attractive on females.
Race has mashed in with black males perception of masculinity and femininity, that’s part of the issue why some of them might be more attracted to non-black or light woman.
That was my understanding of it. But I might be completly wrong, donit know how accurate that test was.

That whole idea about black men dating white women or latinas is overplayed and not true. I’m dating a black woman, so are my friends , their relatives and my cl*****mates. Everyday , when I’m walking in the street of Philly or AtL I see black men hitting on black women. No big deal here, I think because athletes or movies stars( who represents less than 1% of the black population) date white women, you guys *****ume all black men do. I don’t have anything against white women or latinas. I think Black women need to know that they are as attractive as any other women.

I have seen a trend of black women settling for non black men and can understand it when there may not be enough progressive brothas out there for them.
