BTW @ EJ Dollaz…Negro en spanish meant Esclavo =an Object not human, a black…Moreno is a human of brown complextion, Domincians like me identify with our nationality…but we say we are of African & Spanish descent..but black in this country (because of the poposterous one drop rule, ie: Mariah Carey) is a pc rule which means African American, not african,not west indain African American, an African says they are Nigerian…does this mean they are not of AFrican ie : black descent? NO! therefore with Dominicans it is the same! You jsut dont get it, but did you understand this time identifying in NYC is by ethnic group and nationality…not race…like Itallian,Ethiopian, Indian, Haitian etc…is this rocket science?

I saw this article a couple of days ago and didn’t realize it was the browned skinned baseball player. I’m shocked!! WoW, people in this country, as well, as people from around the world really have deep seeded issues regarding color. This is utterly sad and disgusting to me.
