Racist Magazine

This is the cover of some racist Georgia based magazine. Ignorance is so dominant in this country. A man tries to bring about positive change through reflective thought and keen strategy and these inbred mf’s can’t even recognize it. As our man Barack gets closer to the finish line, these types of folks are going to go off the deep end. Hold on tight, but remember – YES WE CAN!!!!!!

    Barack O is going to win and they better recognize. No racist rhetoric is gonna change that! Let the haters go back to chewing corn husks, drinking turpentine and marrying their cousins…

    as pastor wright reminded us ‘what god has for you is for you’ and the same god that will put him in office will be the same to protect him and his family – of course there will be assasination attempts BUT NONE will be successful – he’ll be straight .. he’ll serve his term and who knows, maybe will be re-elected! but i don’t believe he’ll be killed – he should watch his back from bill clinton though :) YES WE CAN

  • Black Beauty

    White folks are so threatened by black people that they don’t know what to do. They better back off Barack or all hell is going to break loose.

    If something was to happen to him, It would take this country back in time. I just don’t know if I could deal with that. We already are going through these econimic issues. That would just be to much. I would move to Canada.

    Enemies of progression at work. God will have Obama’s back because this ish is getting too ridiculous!

    Here are my thoughts: I am a supporter of Obama. He would be a wonderful president. If he does become president, there is a high chance he could be assasinated. If this happens, there will be racial riot in many states.Especially the south. Remember, we not only have to deal with the KKK,but also the underground militia groups organized by the Arien Nation and skinheads. There WIll be violent revolution as we know it. But what ever happens God is still in control.

  • http://www.youtube.com/user/doranda777 Van (Tokyo,Japan)

    I will pray that God spreads his arms to protect Obama and his family and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper.

  • Anywhoo

    PM: I hear your words loud and clear. I’m ecstatic that a Black man has risen to be a serious, and as far as I am concerned, the only viable contender, for POTUS, but yeah, that he has to go behind Bush, an ignorant, druggie, alchie, stupid screwup makes me mad as hell.

    Aunt Viv: You know u 2 funny.

    Let the racists have their fun now, cuz if they publish any ish like that when President Obama is in office, that will be a federal crime — a lock down for a couple of years, yes, just threatening a sitting president.

  • me888

    Actually, the Roswell Beacon is quite liberal. You should have read the corresponding article: http://www.ajc.com/search/content/metro/northfulton/stories/2008/05/21/obama_0522.html

  • Lou in the Chi

    Obama is not going to win the presidency. You people need to wise up and open your eyes to reality. No matter how much “change” you may want, these racist are not going for it. So no matter how much you think they’re irrelevant please believe their numbers are strong, and Obama will need them to win. They far outweigh his black and intelligent white constituency. Don’t be fooled.

  • PIMP DADDY

    is something happens to obama i will stompout and give buck 50′s to all yt’s in my path.

    @Lou in the Chi – i hope you’re wrong but i can see how all the clinton supporters will run to mccain – we’ll just have to wait and see but i think whatever is going to happen ain’t gonna be nice – think riots and burning and instant murders all because of the black/white issue but you just gotta stay focused and ready to war for yours like i am for mine

  • Doc

    @ Lou in the Chi

    not only blacks are voting and supporting Obama. im a latino man and most of my latinos friends are also voting for O. so to think that he is going to loose just because only blacks are voting for him is wrong. America is not like it used to be alot of people are opening their eyes .of course there still ignorant and racist people but those are small groups that dont even matter.

  • Lou in the Chi

    @Fabs

    Most def. I already told glok9 I’m down, and I got my camera so the revolution will be televised.

  • Lou in the Chi

    @Doc

    I didn’t say just blacks were voting for him, but even with the Hispanic vote(which actually is split pretty evenly three ways) he will still need the uneducated/undereducated whites to win. Because statistically they encompass a large segment of the voting public.

    Whatever. He already won Georgia by a landslide.

  • GO GETTA

    I am so torn with this whole OBAMA thing. I would love to see him do well and win, not because he is black but because of the merit of the man. If he wins he will be the most scrutinized president we have ever had. They are going to sling as much mud on this man as possible and bring every dirty little secret to light about him and his family. Not to even mention the threat to his well being. But I’m sure he’s considered that.

    This is the reason why black people have to change. Put away all the frivalous sh#t, overcome all the obstacles, get over but not forget the past, come together as a people, gain real economic power, develop strong leaders etc… We have a lot of sh!t to work on ya’ll. I am very pleased that some black folks have made tremendous progress. But as a whole we GOT to do better. GOOD LUCK!!!

  • Meeko From Detroit

    OMAMA KILLING EVERYBODY and this is not ALL OF THE WHITE MAJORITY OF FOLKS. THE YOUNG GENERATION IS READY FOR THE TAKING, THESE OLD CHITLIN CIRCUIT OLD FOLKS BOTH BLACK OLD PRUNES AND WHITE HATERS HAVE PROPPED BACK UP AND THEY ARE OLD AS HELL. PASSING THEIR IDEAS OF HATE DOWN TOWARDS FOLKS AND SUCH FORTH.

    BLACK PEOPLE MUST NOT GET INTO THIS LINE OF THINKING. THINK OF OUTING BUSH, THINK OF YOUR FUTURE AND THINK OF THE REST OF TOMORROWS.

  • WordtotheWise

    Who would’ve thought Obama would make it this far. He has stood strong against all the attacks made against him so far, yet he still has surpassed everyone’s expectations. If he’s willing to go all the way, we can’t be afraid for him. I’m sure he has his faith behind him. Yes, the racists are coming out in full-force (what a surprise, right?), but just like MLK, he’s gonna keep marching in that he’s not going to let fear stand in the way of progress. That’s why I have so much respect for this man, plus he loves his family! Obama’s all right with me.

  • BellaY

    I’m sure Barack and Michelle talked about this type of craziness before he got into the race. If they are willing to go through this to bring about positive change in this country, then I will do my part by voting for him!!! OBAMA 08!!!!

  • FDA

    THE IDIOTS ARE GETTING A REALITY CHECK NOW THAT OBAMA’S A SURE NOMINEE. THERE’LL BE ALL KINDS OF INTIMIDATED JACK a@#$ EXPRESSING THEIR WORTHLESS IGNORANT OPINIONS. RACIST USUALLY FEEL PRESSURED WHEN THEIR BACKS ARE UP AGAINST THE WALL AND PLACED THERE BY A MINORITY(AFRICAN AMERICAN MAN).

    EVERYONE KEEP OUR FUTURE PRESIDENT IN ENCAMPED IN PRAYER AND HIS FAMILY. WITH ALL OF US PRAYING FOR HIS SAFETY AND PROCTECTION HE’S BOUND TO BE JUST FINE,AND PRAY FOR HE IDIOTS THAT THOUGHT IT WELL TO DO THIS COVER.. THEY TO NEED JESUS.. I HEAR HE TAKES CARE OF “FOOLS” TOO. PRAY FOR OBAMA IN ALL AREAS AND HE WILL PROSPER. HOLLA!

    What is really crazy is the Hispanics, Asians and Arabs Americans that are not voting for Barrack because he is black. Its like they don’t know that if a black man doesn’t get the chance there will never be a chance for someone in thier culture.

    @Jojo,

    Who in the hell said we as blacks think racism will end when Obama becomes president? First off, racism is learned. You don’t have to be in charge of anything, nor have money to be a racist. Racism will exist long after we are all gone on this earth. I have yet to hear anyone mention Barack as the savior of African American people with the exception of Non-Barack supporters thinking blacks in fact think that way.

    Do me a favor. Don’t pretend to know what blacks think based on our votes. That is what’s wrong with Americans now. They believe they know everything, yet don’t know jack!

  • Earth Sign

    @jojo

    Who said the black people would expect to have special treatment once he is in the house. WE know the we are not the majority in this country. Cant we just be happy a black man or man of color may have a good chance of being president of the United States.

  • jaxa3

    Ignorance is dominant I agree…and beyond that Racisim is still very much alive and prominent in certain areas of the country, and because of that I fear for Obama with these upcoming general elections and beyond that the precidency. It’s a real concern of mine. I support him whole heartedly but HOPE and pray not to see anything happen to him. I believe in what he is trying to do with and for our country!

  • Earth Sign

    I know Obama realizes the magnatude of him winning the election, and all of the hate he would receive including assasianation attempts. People must die to make change. Too bad not many of us would take that risk. Obama is a strong man.

  • Earth Sign

    Besides, if he did get assasinated, are we man and woman enough to take a non-violent stand?

    @Terry

    You are so sad and unfortunate. You sound very depressed and hopeless, Seek Help

    White America really needs to think and understand fully what they do and say. I travel around the world very often and the world is fascinated with Obama. I have many friends in foreign places. The world also knows how racist SOME isolated, backwards and stagnated Americans are. When I travel I see growth and progress. Some Americans want to keep this country like it has been for hundreds of years; they can not deal with a changing world . America needs to stop being in denial and breathe in reality (a need for change of any kind). Those who would vote for McCain don’t care about themselves let alone their families. We need unity in this country and we need to get on board and help to improve it. We are so behind the times. America really needs to do something about these racists for they are really keeping this country from growing. And let them try something, the world is taking note and they definitely have Obama’s back.

  • Tia

    Zeet..Thank you. You nailed it. NO man can mess with God’s plan. God is the only “superdelegate” that Obama needs. However, we all must keep Obama and His family in our prayers b/c the devil is always busy whispering evil plans in the ears of lunatics and player haters.

    No ones cares about this stuff, you can’t live your life in fear of any one or thing. When you serve the almighty God you don’t have to live in fear. Let the chips fall were they may. It is new day for African-American and other races in America. You can rise to a new level if you let God be your guide.

  • cynthia

    @ THE REAL DRE

    What you say is completely untrue! It’s sad that you feel that way. I am white and never EVER look at a black and white couple and think anything negitive, nor do I see a black person doing well and think anything negitive about that. Black or White or Spanish, if I see someone doing “well” I feel motivated nomatter what backround. It really pisses me off that there are people like you putting a bad name out here for white people. It’s like you’re apart of a cult and it’s almost sickening! There will always be someone out there that doesn’t like another person, don’t let that make you racist!

    Speaking for every white person… we do not hate black people. We hate people that piss us off, just like anyone else. If that person happens to be black than whatever, white people piss us off too! It’s not a race thing. Pleeeaaaasse Stop with hating me b/c I’m white and there is a racist white out there. Only black people I don’t associate myself with are the one’s spreading hate, just like you. And for the record, I don’t associate myself with white people that spread hate as well.

    I’ll pray for you and be safe! xoxox

  • cynthia

    I could honestly cry! So many Black people have sooo much hate inside of yourselves. If you could just forgive the past and not for us but for you! We just want to love all of you for who you are not b/c your black! I honestly think a lot of white people have fear for blacks b/c black people try to be intimidating! (and I’m not speaking to every black person, there are a few out there that love white people) If you would just show us love we will show it in return!!! I hate racism… peace and love

    (A BLACK MAN, IF U DON’T KNOW)

    “It’s an amazing time to be alive in America. We’re in a year of firsts in this presidential election: the first viable woman candidate; the first viable African-American candidate; and, a candidate who is the first front running freedom fighter over 70. The next president of America will be a first.

    We won’t truly be in an election of firsts, however, until we judge every candidate by where they stand. We won’t arrive where we should be until we no longer talk about skin color or gender.

    Now that Barack Obama steps to the front of the Democratic field, we need to stop talking about his race, and start talking about his policies and his politics.

    Some pundits are calling him the next John F. Kennedy. He’s not. He’s the next George McGovern. And it’s time people learned the facts.

    Because the truth is that Mr. Obama is the single most liberal senator in the entire US Senate. He is more liberal than Ted Kennedy, Bernie Sanders, or Mrs. Clinton. Never in my life have I seen a presidential front-runner whose rhetoric is so far removed from his record. Walter Mondale promised to raise our taxes, and he lost. George McGovern promised military weakness, and he lost. Michael Dukakis promised a liberal domestic agenda, and he lost.

    Yet Mr. Obama is promising all those things, and he’s not behind in the polls. Why? Because the press has dealt with him as if he were in a beauty pageant.

    Mr. Obama talks about getting past party, getting past red and blue, to lead the United States of America. But let’s look at the more defined strokes of who he is underneath this superficial “beauty.”

    Start with national security, since the president’s most important duties are as commander-in-chief. Over the summer, Mr. Obama talked about invading Pakistan, a nation armed with nuclear weapons; meeting without preconditions with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who vows to destroy Israel and create another Holocaust; and Kim Jong II, who is murdering and starving his people, but emphasized that the nuclear option was off the table against terrorists – something no president has ever taken off the table since we created nuclear weapons in the 1940s. Even Democrats who have worked in national security condemned all of those remarks. Mr. Obama is a foreign-policy novice who would put our national security at risk.

    Next, consider economic policy. For all its faults, our health care system is the strongest in the world. And free trade agreements, created by Bill Clinton as well as President Bush, have made more goods more affordable so that even people of modest means can live a life that no one imagined a generation ago. Yet Mr. Obama promises to raise taxes on “the rich.” How to fix Social Security? Raise taxes. How to fix Medicare? Raise taxes. Prescription drugs? Raise taxes. Free college? Raise taxes. Socialize medicine? Raise taxes. His solution to everything is to have government take it over. Big Brother on steroids, funded by your paycheck.

    Finally, look at the social issues. Mr. Obama had the audacity to open a stadium rally by saying, “All praise and glory to God!” but says that Christian leaders speaking for life and marriage have “hijacked” – hijacked – Christianity. He is pro-partial birth abortion, and promises to appoint Supreme Court justices who will rule any restriction on it unconstitutional. He espouses the abortion views of Margaret Sanger, one of the early advocates of racial cleansing. His spiritual leaders endorse homosexual marriage, and he is moving in that direction. In Illinois, he refused to vote against a statewide ban – ban – on all handguns in the state. These are radical left, Hollywood, and San Francisco values, not Middle America values.

    The real Mr. Obama is an easy target for the general election. Mrs. Clinton is a far tougher opponent. But Mr. Obama could win if people don’t start looking behind his veneer and flowery speeches. His vision of “bringing America together” means saying that those who disagree with his agenda for America are hijackers or warmongers. Uniting the country means adopting his liberal agenda and abandoning any conflicting beliefs.

    But right now everyone is talking about how eloquent of a speaker he is and — yes — they’re talking about his race. Those should never be the factors on which we base our choice for president. Mr. Obama’s radical agenda sets him far outside the American mainstream, to the left of Mrs. Clinton.

    It’s time to talk about the real Barack Obama. In an election of firsts, let’s first make sure we elect the person who is qualified to be our president in a nuclear age during a global civilization war.

    Kind of scary, wouldn’t you think—

    Remember–God is good, and is in time, on time–every time.

    According to The Book of Revelations the antiChrist is:

    The anti-Christ will be a man, in his 40s, of MUSLIM descent, who will deceive the nations with persuasive language, and have a MASSIVE Christlike appeal….the prophecy says that people will flock to him and he will promise false hope and world peace, and when he is in power, will destroy everything. Is it OBAMA??

    I STRONGLY URGE each one of you to repost this as many times as you can! Each opportunity that you have to send it to a friend or media outlet…do it!

    If you think I am crazy. Sorry but I refuse to take a chance on the “unknown” candidate.”

    I live in Metro Atlanta & I saw this article yesterday on ajc.com. It just goes to show the world there is still ignorant racist bigots in GA. & the rest of America. He still has my vote I don’t care what they put on the cover. Roswell is suppose to be an upscale neighborhood, but it shows everyone with money isn’t intelligent. YES WE CAN!!

    Ken Blackwell, I have yet to see the perfect politician. You can type & say as much as you want to about Obama, but I am not voting for him because of his color, he is bi-racial, but America seems to have forgotten that fact because they are too hung up on the fact that he looks black. I would put my money & my vote on Obama before I do any of the other candidates. As far as the Republican Party goes, let’s see, Iraqi War, Price of gas, food, etc. Yes, it’s definitely time for a change. The majority of hardworking America is struggling. Obama has more in common with the majority of America than, McCain who needs to sit his old behind down & enjoy retirement. He has no clue & doesn’t care about hardworking people in America regardless of their race or gender. Do you think it bothers him or Bush that gas is so high? Why would it? They can still afford it if it gets to be $100 a gallon. Obama has small children that he knows has a long road ahead & he will show compassion for the children of America. You people will try anything to put down Obama with your writings & old videos, but it won’t work. Anyone that is not happy with America now will not vote for the Republican Party. McCain, Bush & Hillary doesn’t know what it is to have to work 2 jobs to try to make ends meet & worry how you are going to pay this bill & that bill or if you will be able to afford gas to get to work. Everyone can’t take rapid transit. They are all clueless. There is no connection with them & the American people. It’s time to let this race crap go & focus on what is important for our children & children’s children in this Country. So you vote for whom you please & everyone that is sick of the repression & the bull that the soldiers went to Iraq for, weapons of mass destruction(YEAH RIGHT) & Sadam Husein whom has been tried & hung. How about doing some research on as to why the troops are REALLY in Iraq. It’s good to know you are happy with the economy, you McCain & Bush. Sad case. Have you had your medication today?

    Ops, silly me, I forgot about all of the American workers that are losing their jobs including my son.

    Way to go Bush & the Republican Party. You wouldn’t know about losing a job because you never had to actually try to get one & keep it. The majority of America was not born with a silver spoon in their mouths.

    The Roswell Beacon stands by its decision. “Good, bad, or ugly, we tell the truth.”2 However, when I visited the Roswell Beacon site, the article was still there, but the cover had vanished.

    Roswell Beacon has Barack Obama in the Crosshairs: Much ado about nothing?

    Although I believe the Roswell Beacon cover was done in poor taste, I think the public may have overreacted in its outcry. Some readers have argued that the Roswell Beacon cover threatens Barack Obama by suggesting assassination. However, like Mike Huckabee’s comments, the cover may have been tasteless and inappropriate, but not incendiary.

    The publisher issued an apology on the Michael Baisden show on Thurs. Though the cover is poor taste, the actual article is thought provoking and well writen. Go to the Michael Baisden website for a link to read the story.
