Note to Eric Holder: This is why white people don’t like discussing race with blacks. If you do anything other than sit with your head bowed and your mouth shut in abject shame, you’re in danger of being assaulted. P.S. Do you have any idea how tedious you sound? I guess not. But perhaps you could just maybe put a little bit of slow on that jerk of a knee.

As for “the woman that got into my face will think twice before she gets into another black woman’s face again” you might well be correct, but you’d be foolish to depend upon it.

Sounds like the perfect example of a hate crime to me. A capital hate crime even – violence across races and genders. Would be many, many years in jail for a white man in his shoes.

well Johnny I don’t feel as though your comments merit comment but I will say that it’s really brave to talk about ignorance from the anonymity of a computer screen. As well, your post makes a lot of assumptions. I am not the academic. My husband is faculty ‘s and I am a clinician. I don’t engage white people unnecessarily in these types of conversations. The incident I spoke of took place in my role as ordinary citizen.

As I mentioned, my losing it isn’t something I’m proud of but you know what, the woman that got into my face will think twice before she gets into another black woman’s face again.
