Kells was positively identified in court yesterday:
“Sitting on the witness stand, a 24-year-old woman named Simha Jamison told the court how she was able to identify the girl on the sex tape at the heart of R. Kelly’s child-pornography trial: They were best friends.
She also said the man on the tape is Kelly.
Jamison testified that she and the girl had been best friends approximately since the summer after third grade. The two girls rode bikes, rollerbladed, played basketball and went shopping together when they hung out, which was ‘every day.’”
R Kelly is really on the hot seat now. We’re curious to see how his defense attorney tries to flip this scenario.

We really don’t know if Kelly is guilty or innocent. Some people saw a tape and said that looks like R.Kelly with a young girl. Then went further to say it looks like him, but NO ONE is 100% sure. Was any on bossip or any one else in the world there? Did you see them engage in sex, can you anyone 100% identify them. Was anyone an eyewitness??? That is the best defense that he has, he said it isn’t him, the girl said it want here and all the prosecution has is someone that was friends with him who said what everyone on here says “It looks like her”, “It looks like him”! We have to be sure without a shadow of doubt and that puts doubt in the case of the prosecution. But we as people are so ready to put people in jail, we don’t want to see people succeed. It is not for me or anyone else to decide his guilt or innocence. I have friend that is a video editor and the things they can do is amazing, how do we know the tape wasn’t altered? We don’t know all the facts, but so many people saw a tape and are ready to convict! It is ashame that a talent indivdual is being put under a microscope and we are ready to put one of ours under the jail. It is not for me to say he guilty or innocent, but until all the facts have been heard I am not giving up on the chance that he maybe innocent. If it is in fact R.Kelly, he did a bad thing and he needs help. But it just amazes me how a man of the church can molest 15-20 boys, pay the families off and still preach on Sunday and no one is putting the Catholic Church under scrunity and 1000 have come forward and have admited to being paid off, but no one is screaming to put them in jail, but a singer who we don’t have all the facts on is guilty to before he can have a fair trial and many priest in the Catholic Church have never seen a court room nor have the been charged!! With all due respect I do not advocate pedophiles, but from a legal aspect, let me say this: 100 people could come forth and say “Yeah that’s him” and “We were best friends so I know that’s her,” but when both of the people in the tape is stating that it is NOT them, the prosecution must prove “with out a reasonable doubt” otherwise. Kells defense is claiming that he has a birthmark/mole on his back which is not on the back of the man in the tape, FBI expert *****ysts state that they can’t positively identify either of the people in the tape even after being given numerous pics, from various angles. Therefore, unless there was actually a third person in the room at the time of the taping who’s going to come forth or if a person states that either Kells or the victim told them about the sex act (which is still considered hear-say), the prosecution has to come with more physical evidence. Because jurors are only suppose to go by the evidence and testimony brought to trial. It’s one thing when the accused it claiming ‘it is not me’, but when the acclaimed victim is stating “that is not me” it raises too much “doubt” for jurors. Because everyone will wonder, if it’s not you two, then who the hell is it??? And with a good defense team, they could yell extortion, witch hunt, etc. Which is truly a damn shame!! This case could go either way.
And just a little food for thought: Why is a girl’s father able to identify his naked daughter, when the face of his alleged daughter on the tape is blurry??? Makes one wonder where she got her moves from????????

We live in a country that thinks for us and some of us lack upon constructively thinking for ourselves. If our gov’t tells us that a 14 year old who commits murder was well aware to make a judgement call to commit the murder or not, most of us agree. If the gov’t says a 14 year old who willingly has sex with an adult is not well aware or mature enough to make that decision, most of us agree. And in this country you’re considered an adult at 18 years of age. Therefore For instance with the DC murders, the 14 year old male who did the shooting was sentenced to life, even though his ‘mentor’ was a 41 year old male who told him to do it and none of us protested against that–which, in my opinion, was an injustice. And the 41 year old male was not charged with endangering a minor or anything of the sort. But if a 14 year old female makes a sexual judgement with a 41 year old male, the male is AUTOMATICALLY charged with statutory rape. And in this country with the legal age for an adult set at 18, the female could be 16 years old and the male could be 18 years old and he would still be charged with statutory rape if the parents wanted to press charges.
However, in other countries, 15-17 year old females are expected to either be married or have a suitor by that age. Because we are a country who has allowed the government to think for us most of our thought process is *****ed up, plain and simple!!!! And look at the state of this country. Every since the government told us we can’t spank our child, children began shooting up schools. And in reference to the R. Kelly case,

i know 1st hand that rkelly is indeed a pedophile, when i was in like 7th 8th or 9th grade(i cant really remember I’m 28 now, lol) rkelly came to cleveland i guess for a concert, i don’t know, anyways we have a mall called tower city and its downtown, and before the gund arena which is now quickens arena artist would play at the CSU Convocation center, and tower city was the place where artist or any celebrity would go. ok I’m rambling but anyway my cousin and i happen to be there the day he was there he was in a record store and they said he would give his autograph if you had or bought his cd. so me being starstruck ( and yes ill admit it,but remember how young i was) bought his single bump and grind, ho i take it to him and he signs it my cousin will was like alright lets go, i don’t like the way hes looking you, or something like that, i was salty thinking he was being overprotective, so i leave the store and walked around and window shopped some more lol and as we were about to leave we saw him again this time in another store, i dont remember the name but it was a clothing store, so me being fast i stopped and looked in the window and i dont usually swear to God, buy yall I SWEAR FO GOD he was pointing to me and was telling me to come here. my cousin did what any male cousin at his age would do(well at least back in those days, cuz nowadays these little kids are rowdy) called my mother..lmao and told her i was being fast. the crazy thing about the situation was i was and still to this day i am a tomboy. clothes to match..lol and of all the women, who were older cuter, not to mention way more feminine than i was, were like wtf is pointing at her for, and they tore me up, calling me every synonym for lesbian and tomboy their is *sigh* but i digress i never really thought about it too much until these allegations and i started to piece ***** together and remembering how aalyiah was tomboyish when she first came out…by the way im 29 and i wont say favor, but i would put you in the mind of aalyiah, im mixed with Black and rican, and back then i kept a ponytail…lol…in retrospect i thank my cousin and we joke cause i could have been *****ed on…and then in juvie cuz i would have fked him up. by the way i still have the single and looking at this ***** this mf signed it twice and even with a heart attached to on of the signatures.lmbao if im lyin im flyin, and for those who think im bullshytin i will email this bytch with my pic too…i know its not that serious for most of yall..lol but i know its some ppl in here prolly saying whatever…lol whew my fingers are cramping, bye!

I understand where you’re coming from. . .I would never say that R. Kelly is not a tremendously talented individual. Yes, he is innocent until proven guilty, but let’s not crucify his alleged victims either. Outside of this case, there are young girls who are being sexually exploited and impregnated by older men.
