Floyd wins by decision..Pacman has speed..but Floyd is a defensive counter puncher..he has a throwback style like Pernell Whitaker or Willie Pep..an ability that he has mastered to evade punches..and land a high connect rate..that will give Pacman promblems..hes used to fighting slower opponents that stand in front and come forward..and most of them are weight-drained fighting at a nonsense catch weight..but at 147 Floyd will pick him off every round.
