I wonder if the parents will testify. I doubt it though. I don’t know what to say about all this. I’ll let the jury speak since they get to see all the evidence on both sides.
I don’t care who gets on the stand and says what, they still need the alleged victim to testify against R.Kelly if they really want to bring him down. All the presecution keeps doing is putting people on the stand to testify against R.Kelly that either have existing beef with him or they stand to gain something. So all the defense has to do is point out why these people are testifying against R.Kelly and that puts doubts in the jury’s mind of if he really did it. It would be a shame for R.Kelly to get off if he is guilty all b/c the prsecution didn’t have good witnesses and were unable to get the alleged victim to testify against him.

I don’t know about that… the prosecution’s case seems pretty strong thus far. And the tape kind of speaks for itself. And a person can look very foolish looking at themselves on video performing an act and then claiming its not them when the tape is right there!!!! Also just as the defense can claim that the otherwitnesses have a reason to testify against R. Kelly the prosecution can do alot to show that the alleged victim has motives for defending R. Kelly even if it means lieing on the stand. So that knife cuts both ways.
So I’m very interested to see how this plays out.

Ok, so far this is the most damning evidence I’ve seen to date. HOWEVER, it is still no smoking gun. If this chick has ever taken any money or had financial dealings with R. Kelly, her testimony will be questioned. If this is the best the prosectors can do, at worst, he’ll get hit with a misdemeanor. And WHERE ARE THE GIRLS PARENTS! Her parents are the only one’s who can positively identify her.

I’m venting again this week. My grandfather lost a battle with cancer so I’m letting out a little tension.

All it takes is for one of the people on that jury to have doubts. They need to bring in the girl or the parents. If they can bring in the parents and they put on a hell of a sob show fron watching their baby on tape. Jury would no doubt bury him!! M daddy … yeah my grandmother was 99 years and she lived in her house by her self in cincinati, ohio for years and never entered a nursing home or anything like that.. the last time i went to visit her she said ” i dont know why God is letting me live this long.. im lived a good life and im ready to go! 6 mths later she was gone! and i tear up evert time i think about it. that was my maternal grandmother. my moms mom!!
