I just read that article and the more stuff that comes out, the more I’m convinced he will get off.

If Kells admitted that he was indeed the man in the tape, and claimed that he didn’t know her real age, he would be admitting that he knows the identity of the girl. If they both play dumb, its harder to prove.

However, even if the girl decided at the last minute to come forth, the defense would eat her ***** alive. Why? Because on the tape is shows R. Kelly giving this girl money, as if she was a prostitute. This puts a whole nother spin on the case. She no longer looks like an “innocent teen” being taken advantage of, but more of a loose groupie prostitute. Those white jurors don’t give a damn about some wild, star-struck teen groupie.

mrslaadee – The alleged victim denies she is in the tape so the prosecution will not call her as their witness. The defense has indicated they may call her to the stand, and of course, she will deny she is in the tape. 6 years ago this alleged victim was 17 and did not buckle to immense pressure from the prosecution to admit it is her, so now at 23 she could be the deciding factor in the jury’s mind for reasonable doubt.
