Most of you do not understand how bad these kids are. A teacher cannot allow one student to stop the others in the class from learning. This new generation of parents needs to teach their kids appropriate behavior for different environments. When parents pretend that everything that little johnny does is “cute” then this is the end result and behavior that you get from little johnny. Kids need discipline. Now, perhaps the teacher could have taken a different approach, however, he had probably gotten on her nerves and I do understand. Some of you people with these hardline opinions about what you would do to the teacher if she ‘dared do that to your child’ would not last in the classroom, from kindergarten on up, for one day! And by the way, what the teacher going to do while you beat her up, just stand there – I don’t think so.

Although I did everything I could to help my son, my heart is still broken to know that he is this way. I can’t tell you how many times I have prayed and cried, or how many nights I have to hold my daughter because almost every night she has a nightmare about her brother coming to hurt her. I still tell my boy I love him and I ask God why all the time, why my family? The only other thing I pray for is that my son will not be able to hurt anybody else’s child, I would give my life if it meant that nobody else’s child could be hurt by my son. No parent should have to live with that.

There is just no equating a teenage sociopath with a 5 year old autistic child. The two really have nothing in common.

Sociopaths know the difference between right and wrong, they just don’t care. There is nothing that you could have done for your son to make him better. Nothing. And what he’s done is not your fault at all.

You just have to realize that autism is an entirely different animal. My young cousin has the same form of autism that they think this boy has. He repeats himself over and over, and he pinches people. But he doesn’t pinch people because it makes him feel good (like a sociopath would) he pinches people because he doesn’t understand how other people wouldn’t like it. Autistic kids can be quite a handful but our teachers should have a little patience for the mentally ill, don’t you think?

And as for removing him to a special needs class, I believe that in most places you have to determine what that special need is before the child can enter the class.

Everyone has their limits on what behavior and situations we can deal with. And maybe you shouldn’t judge a person for thinking that maybe their child needs help that they can’t provide. Being selfless enough to give your child to someone who you think can care for them more is called being a good parent.

What? Porr Kid are yall crazy?! These kids today are hard rocks!! They bringing guns bombs & crack pipes to school & wont think twice about punching you in the face. What was this poor teacher suppose to do, how could she give her attention to the rest of the class while he in there bugging out & acting up?

I don’t blame her one bit! at least she didn’t beat the child, she did things the democratic way THEY VOTED his little butt off the island- I for one am all for it!!!
