When a woman’s wrist is the size of her forearm/upper arm/shoulder, it is commonly understood as either being too small, OR too big.

Studies have found that obesity is actually a more serious threat than anorexia, but I don’t want to make enemies by continuing further.

People who are too thin face alot of health problems as large people do. Everything should me in MODERATION. When you lose too much weight, you risk losing bone m*****, which can lead to a lot of issues as you get older. Osteoperosis is not a joke, and should be taken very seriously. Extra light menstrual cycles and problematic ovulation, loss of energy, jaundice….I mean really.

Not all black women, have to have a horse’s ***** hanging from her tail bone, to be considered, the best horse in the stable. We as black people have to come out of our singular mentality. We as people of color, have a great, and bountiful fortune. That fortune is, the fact that we have been blessed by diversity. Diversities in of our mental, physical, and esthetical flavors…. However, we constantly fall very short of that realization, and self criticize the very things that make us diverse, and flavorful…. Keisha Whitaker, happens to be a gorgeous black woman. No better yet stated, she is a gorgeous woman period. She is a sister, And she, I will stand for, her thinness be damned. She is little thin, so what. Oprah Winfrey, is a little bit large, so what. My mother, is in-between, so what. My Great Grand Mother, is a little over weight, so what. As a culture, of black grown adults, we need to come to a higher consensuses. We as people of color, are all diverse. So what…. Lets try to evolve, and become more concerned with the souls of a person, than the tan, of their skin. Or the meat on their bones. Keisha is a person, a human. I am sure she has her problems. I have yet, to meet the person that has none. As a black person, and just a person… .
