The prosecution’s most recent witness, a forensic video analyst, has the Urinator shaking in his boots:
“It would take someone 44 years — working nonstop, 24/7, 365 days a year — to be able to fake the sex tape at the heart of R. Kelly’s child-pornography trial, a forensic video analyst testified Thursday.
Defense attorney Sam Adam Jr. had practically equated a mole on Kelly’s back — which he said couldn’t be seen in the sex tape — to O.J. Simpson’s glove in his opening argument, essentially saying that if you don’t see the mole, it must not be Kelly. Legal Points
The mole question was extremely damaging from a legal standpoint – his lawyers didn’t do their homework in categorically stating that the person in the tape didn’t have a mole and by saying that the tape could be digitally altered.
Credibility of witnesses – They’re going to continue to bury him with witnesses who can ID him and the girl, three best freinds, and Aunt, a police officer, a teacher, basketball coach, two police officers a former employee who left on good terms – all of the people are lying or appear uncredible? Com’mon. The sheer number of witnesses might KO him alone.
As for the Surprise Witness – he won’t give the prosecuters his Social Security number – which means he’s probably shady. They can’t put the woman from ATL on the stand until they depose the Surprise Witness give up the SS# if he doesn’t he could be put in jail for Contempt and that would blow his credibility as an impeachment witness.
Video – they were able to match up everything in the video to the what was in the house. Does not look good y’all does not look good.
And can anybody tell what R Kelly did to deserve such unwavering support, the last I checked he ain’t done s*** for me, so if he’s guilty let him do time just like Rashan from the block would if he got caught doing that mess.
