These men chose these professions, therefore this is what comes along with it. If the site or topic is distasteful to anyone, then maybe they shouldn't view it. I have a significant other who is very attractive. He's not a celebrity, but women are always throwing themselves at him (work, gym, church, etc.). They even harrass me because he's with me and they want him. To make a long story short, he chose me to be with. Therefore, the haters can continue to be the haters that they are.
