How long and how many times must we see and read these reports? Ask other wealthy Americans. College alone won’t guarantee it!! At our company many were/still are very well paid professionals, but longed for an opportunity to aquire true wealth by not having to put in a 8-12 hr shift exchanging time for money. REMEMBER “A JOB=Just Over Broke”. Stop complaining & search out solid resources for yours an your families future. Knowledge is key. It can put you in a great finanical situation or not so great. Stats have always shown that we in the Black community across America are #1 consumers/not savers and don’t flip our dollars back into our own communities like others!! Technology is always a great income earner in both an up enconomy and down. Do your homework!!! Our children need a comfortable future and it will take us to do something today that most won’t to have 2morrow what most don’t. When you decide not to change than learn to be happy where you are!

First of all, those 16-24 years of age should be focused on school full time and not working. There’s more of a push for parents to keep their children focused on their education and by the age of 24 alot of young adults are graduating from grad school or traveling after undergrad. These are statistics taken at face value, we must do research before reacting to this sort of news. It is typically for these age groups not to work but in this economy even more typically because iam sure alot of the 22-24 year olds do desire to work but can’t easily find paying positions, maybe they’re taking up non-paid internships as well….

Black men have lost their dignity. They have abandoned their women and children. Why would an employer want to hire you when he knows you have no boundaries and are willing to sleep with any woman in the company just cause you think she’s “fine”? All that does is create a distraction in the work place. Say what you want, but even though the white boys at work may glance at women in the workplace, most of them can snap out of it and get their work done, whereas the brothas become overwhelmed by potential sexual conquest. Of course not all of them, but a good chunk have the issue of having reproductive organs that are more powerful than their brains. Sad but true.

The problem is, why do they have two strikes? Not all black men have charges. So because men with strikes get no jobs it’s the systems fault? Why should they hire a felon if they don’t want to? Why didn’t they learn a prosperous trade while in prison so when they do get out they can use it to make money?

Tiffany you got to look deeper instead of going to prison, joining a gang, participating in further incriminating activities; they could earn their diploma, learn different trades, and gain maximum knowledge. BUT MOST DON’T. So again it’s THEIR OWN FAULT. You can’t justify someone elses slack. Come on baby I know you smarter than that.
